VERY SATISFIED
Received Quickly! Love the burgundy color. It's the 24", and I think it will be a perfect size for me. It doesn't have a lot of pockets like some advertise, but it has quality material on the inside and the rest of the case seems to be made with above quality material. The zipper, handles and wheels are far superior to some I have seen on higher priced suitcases. And I like the USA sign on the front!

Very good
Exactly as expected. Lightweight but durable. Had it wrapped at the airport to keep it clean. You can also wrap it yourself.

Quality issues
It is light weight and can pack lot of stuff but studs broke after 1st flight and surface got some dents. Returned it after 1 use.

It came defective!
We got our luggage and, it came one inside another as they specified but the 24” one was severely scared on the handle. We are flying out in 2 weeks so I don't have time to send it back and wait for another. And they want me to pay shipping to send it back. You would think if something is defective with a product a company would fix it at no cost to the customer but that is not the case here I'm so frustrated. I will not buy from them again.

Don't buy!
Has an unbearable manufaturing odor! I missed the deadline to return it since I did not open it from its box till too late. I do not recommend it and it was a waste of my money. I do not think I would put anything in it with that horrible odor. It will be placed in the trash!

Smaller than advertised
The size listed on this product is misleading. For example, it says the width is 19". If you measure the suitcase itself, it's 16" which is a really big difference from 19". I suppose if you include the measurement of the handle, it's maybe possible that it adds up to 19". But still misleading. So basically the suitcase is much smaller than others that are sold as 28" suitcases.
