InUSA Pilot 28" Hardside Lightweight Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Handle, and Trolley, Blue

I purchased the smaller size %26 wanted a larger size for extended travel vacations. I was happy with smaller size, so purchased the large sized. happy with the price, the quality,easy to pack %26 movement of the bag - especially being a double amputee %26 needing easy to handle luggage.

Nice piece of luggage, I love the multiple sections separated by zipper, maybe not intended to put stuff in that section but very well insulated from the handle mechanism and shell of the suitcase that you are able to use the section, I put my shoes and electronics on one side and my toiletries on the other and still had a zippered section for my underwear, then put my clothes in the main section and secured them with the straps, overall very well built, just wish they sold a 22” that you could bring on to the carry-on section.

Received Quickly! Love the burgundy color. It's the 24", and I think it will be a perfect size for me. It doesn't have a lot of pockets like some advertise, but it has quality material on the inside and the rest of the case seems to be made with above quality material. The zipper, handles and wheels are far superior to some I have seen on higher priced suitcases. And I like the USA sign on the front!

This is a wonderful piece of luggage. Perfect size for a woman and holds a lot. It went to Europe and back and was a trooper. It withstood plenty of abuse. I recommend this suitcase, it's excellent.

I had expected this suitcase to be a hard case. It is not.

No fault of Walmarts .. but one trip to the airport and it's already damaged. It's really large enough for my 7 day trip Beautiful color It glides smoothly Zippers fine

The company INUSA isn't what you think they are. The first timeI used the suitcases one of them lost the feet that is on the bottom. The handle does not stay us when a small amount of pressure is used. When I contacted the company they wanted proof of purchase and the size of the case. I had to send this to them 3 times. When I finally called them, someone answered the phone that was not American. Then she told me they did not receive the emails or text I sent. I refused to resend them and notified them I was notifying Walmart. That is when they agreed to send me the replacement parts.

We got our luggage and, it came one inside another as they specified but the 24” one was severely scared on the handle. We are flying out in 2 weeks so I don't have time to send it back and wait for another. And they want me to pay shipping to send it back. You would think if something is defective with a product a company would fix it at no cost to the customer but that is not the case here I'm so frustrated. I will not buy from them again.

Has an unbearable manufaturing odor! I missed the deadline to return it since I did not open it from its box till too late. I do not recommend it and it was a waste of my money. I do not think I would put anything in it with that horrible odor. It will be placed in the trash!
