Invicta Dial Watch - W51008Q3

Not stupid big, but tastefully done, service from Jet was excellent. The oyster over the date is one of the selling points; The magnification allows you to actually see the the date . All my other watches have a calendar window that are very difficult to see. Very handsome watch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I got this so I can do some swimming and snorkeling and I'm sure it will do fine. The instructions are NOT very clear and hard to figure out. I almost sent this back because I could not figure out how to work the dials and the instructions were not clear. It took me reading another web site and about a similar watch, different brand though, to finally figure out how to operate the watch. Even then the feel was so light that I could not feel the position of the stem and had to just position the stem where I thought it should be and I was able to access the last dial. Since I did finally figure out how to use the watch I decided to keep it, very nice watch.

I got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. This watch retails for $395, so it is an awesome deal!!! You won't be disappointed.

Item shipped not as discribed, watch is discribed as a Cartier. They shipped another type of watch. A total bait and which.

It's not what I order and I wasn't happy so I returned to get a replacement order hopefully I get what I order

I ordered it. It came. It was nothing like the picture.

Horrible experience, still not resolved. I ordered this item on Dec. 29 and at that time the item had description "Cartier Women's Tank Beige Dial Watch - W51008Q3" and had an image of a Cartier watch. See photo. A week later I received the shipment and inside was 5 Invicta watches. See photo. I was instructed to return the shipment (had to take to Fedex) and Walmart would enter an order for the correct replacement shipment of Cartier watches. The replacement order showed as pending even though my return was received. Contacted customer support again and they said my return shipment wasn't received yet. I gave them the tracking details that showed it was delivered back to the Walmart warehouse. They shipped my replacement order. A few days later I AGAIN get the incorrect Invicta watches, even through the replacement order also showed "Cartier Women's Tank Beige Dial Watch - W51008Q3" as the description. Again had to chat with customer support, and after being transferred several times to different agents (it was like no one wanted to deal with me, and handed me off to a different special department), an agent told me I was issued a refund. And that I should re-order the items again in a new order. After the chat is ended, I see an email from Walmart with return instructions to return the incorrect items again via Fedex and my refund will be issued within 10 days of the receipt of the return. And on top of that, I go to item again at that time, and it showed the photo of a Cartier watch but the description of the Walmart item was now changed to an Invicta watch. Today, just two days later, the photo and description are now showing an Invicta watch. I started taking screen snapshots along the way. See photos. Clicking on the link to the same item as my original order from 3 weeks ago now has a different photo and description. Totally different item. It's like Walmart has been changing the Walmart item page to reflect the incorrect item they have now shipped twice to me. Plus now I have COVID unfortunately, and cannot yet go to Fedex to ship the return. By the time I receive a refund, it will be over a month from my original order date. Wasted time. My last chat with Walmart support along was one hour and 17 minutes long and in the end they told me they issue a refund, which they did not. I am becoming very disappointed in Walmart recently. They continually make mistakes now without any real effort to resolve. I have Walmart subscription and even the "add on" for InHome delivery service at an additional fee. When I use the InHome delivery service for delivery from store the next day, they sometimes just cancel the order over a day after I place the order, and hours after the schedule delivery window (initially it just shows delayed). Home sick with COVID, ordered water, gatorade, cold medicine, etc, and orders just get cancelled after they were supposed to be delivered. Very disappointed with Walmart.

DONT order. They do not send item pictured. Waste of time and money
