I did exchange 2 of these mats for a different color but that was only because I changed my mind about how well it went with my decor and furniture, I kept one for my kitchen and it is of good quality, doesn't slid around on my hardwood laminate floor. I love that is it machine washable! Would recommend these mats over any others that I've had!

Several months ago, I purchased 2 kitchen rugs, same colors, to replace the ones I had. I then ordered another longer runner recently for the area of my sink and cabinets. Same colors. I have hard wood floor in the kitchen so needed something that stays in place. One of the smaller rugs is at our back door, the other one in front of the range. They are non slip and do not move and the surface is so soft. They are nice quality.

I was very pleased with the rug what will not order anything again. It was delivered to the wrong place and then when I called, I was told there was no replacement or refund. I did end up getting my package but will not go through that again, how could you keep the money I paid for this stuff and say there was no replacement no refund. Were you just gonna keep my money?

I would recommend these rugs that I ordered two everyone. The cost was exceptional in the low Economy our country is in. The colors the quality and the material is just what I needed to refresh my foyer, kitchen and bathroom. Thank You IOhouze 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I love the design and it is so soft and come well packed. I haven’t wash it yet, but I can’t complain, looks amazing on my kitchen.

Great looking rug. Put it in my bathroom across sink vanity floor. Can be a little slippery. Would not recommend for an entry to remove dirt. Love the washable feature.

Pros: the rug was pretty, very soft, good price, able to wash Cons: I couldnt vacuum it. Im assuming what makes it flexible enough to wash also makes it impossible to vacuum. Imagine trying to vacuum a towel...it all comes up and won't lay flat enough to go over. At this point, for me, no matter how soft and pretty it hs, it became non-functionable bc i have pets and need to be able to vacuum. I tried initially having one of those rug cushions underneath, but it didn't stick to that either so I had to return the rug mat. The rug is n ow folded up and set aside, sadly.

This rug arrived packaged in cryovac- flat and folded into four sections...well that is just not good for a rug, the folds would not lay flat even after putting bricks on them tor several days. So, I returned it. The actual rug was nice, soft, thin and pretty colors .
