ION Audio Aquaboom X Floating Bluetooth Speaker

This device is a must have if you have a pool! It's got a great sound and you only need to keep the volume at the halfway mark to get all the sound you need in the pool. We took it to the beach as well and its just perfect and light weight. We love it!

This was perfect for a small gathering where I needed background music. The sound is great, and I especially like being able to control it from my phone! Now I'll be using it out on the lake & the boat this summer. I've even taken it around the house with me. I wasn't specifically looking for a waterproof, floating boombox but I'm looking forward to trying it out. It's so lightweight and portable with the convenient handle, connects quickly to my iPhone through Bluetooth, buttons are huge, easy to see and get to, plus aesthetically, I love the lights and the different options. I would highly recommend this!

We love the speaker. You can skip songs and can go back. You just need to hold the plus or minus button. Also it'll hold your beer and still float along. The lights are pretty awesome too!

Great sound addition for pool and/or lake use. Easy to use with fantastic sound quality. Total portability and the fact that it floats eliminates the worry of not having your music close by. Multi-colored lights provide additional excitement after dark.

Bought the speaker on Friday,let it charge and used it that night. First night we used it,full blast with the lights on (it lasted 4 hours). Recharged it and used it again on Saturday no lights and at a decent volume and it lasted more than 7 hours (I didn't let it die all the way like I did the night before) so I'm sure it could last up to 10 hours like the box says! Can't wait to try it in the pool this week.

I was walkkng by the display and I heard the sound. I went over and noticed the price! It was under $50! There was a promo credit so I decided to play around with it. I loved the sound and a couple of shoppers came over and thought I was promoting it! Another couple purchased it, too! I thought it woyld be nice to have for family events without breaking the bank!

I believe the ion is one of the best floating speakers out there, even though the battery only lasts about two hours on full power, it charges fairly quickly within an hour and a half and your back at the party again. What I did is I bought a second unit because you can sync them together and get more surround sound they're one of the most good values out there for Bluetooth speakers.

So far this is working great! The sound is very loud so we adjust it down a bit. The charge doesn't last quite 10 hours with it loud and the lights on so be sure and switch off the lights if it's daytime. Liked it so much I bought one for each of my children's family while they were on sale. Definitely recommend!

The packaging was received damaged and inside another box without packing materials . I purchased this for a birthday gift, but part of the original box is missing before being sent. This appears to be a used or returned device.
