Record Player Heaven!
The first observation I made is that this item is so lightweight-even with the original box and the shipping box! I was able to carry it in my arms from the store to the parking lot without exhaustion. The description is absolutely accurate, and I set the turntable up in less than 5 minutes without reading the instructions but by scanning through the booklet. It was basically plug

ION IT54 Max LP Turntable works great
The ION IT54 LP Turntable works great. I was able to set it up quickly. So far I have only recorded one album. The sound is a lot better than I expected with the small speakers. I am happy with the purchase. The EZ Tape/Vinyl Converter software should allow import into iTunes without having to retype the track names. Otherwise, the software is easy to use.

Defective
Product is defective. Even after shipping the defective one back and getting a new one, the new one had the same issues. This record player just needs to be pulled from the stock.
