DefectiveBattery
The Speaker is great, but the rechargeble battery (500mAh)was defective didn't hold any charge at all, I bought 1 at Ebay for $10.00 including shipping waiting for it. Didn't want to go true complaining returning and waiting for another Speaker with the same problem, this batteries are probably from 3 to 5 years old, saving me a headache for 10.00.

I had to return to store. It's too small. And it is NOT the one advertise on the Picture

not what I wanted
I had picked this specific item for a Valentine's day present, and the picture that had been on here was one with an iPad used as comparison. I was very disappointed and refused shipment when it was actually was very small, nothing at all that was pictured. Sad to say but this item wasn't worth it. However they did refund me in a timely fashion and the on person customer service and they were very understanding. The product itself wasn't what I had expected but they handles the situation with excellent customer service.

not what I expected!
Returned it upon pick up at site-to- store. Wish it was clear that this product was MINI portable speaker! I was expecting it to be full sized.
