I LOVE this product. I've always loved the effervescent Calcium Plus in all the flavors they offer. I love the taste of all the flavors. I alternate my orders between the different flavors so I always have a new flavor each time I finish one. This is a supplement I will continue to use as long as they stock it. I take it a bit before bed and I know it helps me get a good nights sleep. It's improved my bones and joints as they no longer creak or ache anymore. It's a quality product with ingredients I trust. (On a side note, I've found many different uses for the quality package containers the Fizz comes in. I have the Raspberry Lemonade flavor too and both are excellent. Everything I said about the other flavor also applies to this. I love the taste and the fizz part is really a plus for me. It helps me sleep very soundly when I take it before going to bed! I have recommended this to a friend and one of my daughters. This was recommended to me by my cousin.
