This little robot vacuum is incredible, it’s changed my life for the better and I don’t know what I did before it! I love the schedule it can run, the mapping of each room/area, being able to do spot cleans or just one of the rooms. Emptying the dustbin is easy, it even comes with an extra filter and little roller brushes. It hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere and can fit under some but not all of our furniture. I can’t recommended it enough!

Arrived on time. Great value for money. Thorough for a small self guided appliance. My husband was able to quickly set up the parameters and set a 10 AM. Start time every day. It has saved me a lot of time and stress because when I get home from work, the floors look pretty clean and I can focus on other tasks. My cat doesn’t mind it and I don’t see her for or particles from her litter box on the floor anymore when I get home from work. I definitely would recommend it and would buy it all over again..

This is a great vacuum for carpet areas, best for bedrooms, you'll need 2 for larger area like living room and hallways if that's your case. it gets deep into the carpet. I was amazed when. I don't write reviews but for this lil one. It has 3 brushes 2 spin wheels and 1 roller where it catches it all and does the deep cleaning. If you clean it and maintain it will last longer

Spent a wasted $500 on a Roborock that supposedly mops AND vacs and does neither of those things very well at all. Got fed up with rubber brushes ruining my carpets, so bought this little $95 beauty with good, old fashion bristle brushes and it runs rings around the Roborock. Yes, I have to clean the brushes more often, but it's more than worth it to have a vac that actually cleans the rugs and floors!!!

Finding replacement side brushes that fit and work properly is a challenge. I tried some for an Ionvac Smartclean 2000 Robovac but they aren't curved properly for the OptiMax and easily pop off during cleaning. I'm going to try some for a eufy RoboVac X8 that appear to have the same curve as the side brushes that came with the Ionvac OptiMax.

Since the app absolutely will not connect my machine to my network - and is VERY invasive in terms of the access it wants, I cannot use the mapping or other network based features. It just runs randomly around the area. That's tolerable but VERY frustrating. I wanted to be able to confine it to certain rooms. Otherwise it is cleaning where it goes. I am not alone in this issue and am regretting I didn't buy the Eufy I originally wanted. It is relatively inexpensive. Will see how it functions over time. Gave it a 4 because it “works” but it is a 3 in terms of my overall satisfaction.

More than three years ago, I bought a vacuum cleaner from this brand and it was very good in terms of price and quality. After some time, the battery stopped working and I had to buy a new vacuum cleaner. Since I was already familiar with the brand, I decided to purchase another one. Unfortunately, this new model, the Ionvac OptiMax Model %239048, was very poor. It only worked properly no more than three times and then simply stopped working altogether. After 40 days, I was no longer able to return it. I am very disappointed with this purchase and I will not recommend this product.

I purchased this exact product a year ago and it was good but only worked for a year. I purchased a new one and it's like the suction is broken. It does not pick ANYTHING up. I threw away all packaging before I realized how bad it was or I would've returned it.

vacuum worked for 5 months then stopped suctioning debris into bin just dragged it around. called company and they gave me the run around for days making me junp thru hoops with videos and finally said my 10 second video shows it running do they cant help. 😡

This was great at first. Almost bought another one, but it went up $50. It started banging into things, reversing and continued banging into the same thing numerous times. Now it says to put it on a flat surface. Apparently, none of my floors are flat because it won't move at all. I want a refund.
