I bought this for my son. He used it once. He seems to like it , it's more for upholstery than the floor so if you're looking for something to clean your floor, I wouldn't recommend this

I actually love this thing. It has more suction power then I expected. I used it to clean my seats in my car and it did a really good job. I also love that it has a self cleaning type function so that the hose and everything gets cleaned out properly!

i love this item!!! i have thres cats and one of them is elderly and cannot always make it to the bathroom! So, this product is so helpful and gets used a lot!

I recently bought a couch, love seat and sectional off FB marketplace. It was used and they had a cat. Well it was two college kids and they sold it all to me for a very good price!! I knew it might need some deep cleaning but nothing too bad. Just a pet friendly home. This device works so well and is so easy to use. Definitely recommend for the price!

I bought this product to clean my furniture. It leaked water but it did work. But I had to clean up the floor due to the leaking. It did get my furniture clean though.

This vacuum stops suctioning after the dirty water container gets filled up with only an inch of dirty water. I have to empty it several times while I'm using it. Very annoying. I've only had this thing for a year and it's already breaking down. The dirty water container won't fully lock in after I empty it now. Would not recommend.

was hopeful this would work well. right out of the box there was zero suction. will not purchase again after all the reviews and giving it a try myself.

Walmart sold me a used broken item and then gave me attic and mocked me when trying to return their broken item 3 hours after they was delivered and then told me I was the problem and their customer service team can't be responsible for their abuse because they have it hard. Please if they didn't mock and blame people for their poor customer service and selling used broken items they wouldn't have so many upset people fighting them just to get a refund. Worst experience ever canceling membership, no longer ordering foods or other items for deliver or shipping pick up or shopping in the store completely and lately done with Walmart and their horrific customer service and shady practices.

The delivery/tracking was amazing, i was able to see where exactly my package was at, %26 when I'd receive it. Although when I got it the box was taped together as if they gave me a returned item, it was damaged Let alone the quality was horrible I expect it to remove stains from carpets but it spreader the stain and releases a bad odor that stayed in my bedroom for 2 days.

This machine is a piece of crap. Doesn't work at all. When I turned it on it wouldn't spray the water and cleaner. Then it started running out of the bottom of the machine. When you call customer service number it's not working. There was no response on the website. So i guess I'm just out the 85 dollars i paid for it. Walmart doesn't care either. Very bad company that lost my business.
