I am so pleased with this upholstery cleaner! I am a former industrial designer and I've got to say everything from the packaging, to the thoughtful design, to the way that it functions is five stars. I used it for the first time on my light gray couch that looked clean and was shocked by how much dirt came out! The unit is easy to set up and runs quietly, you can listen to TV or an audiobook in the background while operating it. Suction and spray volume is good. I love the multiple cord wraps and how thoughtfully designed the unit was for storage, it has a quality cord with a small C clip and a quick release cord wrap on the back. That may seem like a small detail but for folks who like to stay organized, it matters a lot! I would also like to mention how easy it was to unpack the unit in its box and get started, and how the manufacturer used all recyclable materials to package it instead of Styrofoam. I love to see companies becoming more sustainable in how they ship their products! I think this unit would be OK for folks with arthritis to operate, there is a twist lid at the bottom of each container that could be more difficult for folks with mobility issues, but there are ridges to assist opening and closing. You can see one of the lids in the picture I've attached. The spray trigger also takes very little effort to pull. Overall I'm really pleased with this purchase and it helped turn a task I really wasn't looking forward to into something much more enjoyable. Kudos to the design and engineering team!!!

Perfect for small clean ups on the carpet. Easy to use and excellent performance. The only downfall is the the plastic piece on top of the brush part broke off with use of the product as directed. However, this does not affect the performance of the machine. Overall, I am VERY pleased with this carpet cleaner!!! ☺️

i love this little machine! i was thinking it was just a spot remover but it took on my rv. I would have never thought i was living in such filth! You can't go wrong with this powerful

Worked so much better than the "big names" I've used before. I really didn't know what to expect since it was an unfamiliar brand but absolutely hands down amazing results.

I love this handy, portable spot cleaner so much! I really needed something to help lift some assorted stains from my area rugs. There was one spot from my dog and a few spots from my sort of messy family, and the carpet cleaner lifted them all relatively well. I will add that these stains were not new so unfortunately, I think they had set in a bit, as well as being in the red and yellow family like mustard or fruit punch so I think those are notoriously tougher to lift anyway. I won't hold that against the carpet cleaner, as all the other features and efficiency of the device seem excellent so far. I'll wait to maybe give it a try on a fresher stain And see how that works. So far, it's a great little device and I know I'll get lots of use out of it. It has been a cinch to set up, relatively lightweight, and so easy to take from room to room. The suction seems very strong and lifts a large majority of the Water/cleaning fluid. You don't need to spray a lot, and the brush feature on the hose attachment is nice to help keep the rug fluffy during cleaning. If you need a carpet cleaner with several assorted attachments, like in different sizes or more of a small space, type cleaning brush, you may want to consider a different device. This one has a single brush head, which for me, is not a problem. Just be aware that some other similar portable vacuums might include additional brush attachments. For my initial use, I tried it on three relatively small stain areas. The dirty water tank is pictured in the second and first photos so you should be able to see the amount it was able to lift. We do not wear outside shoes in our house so the fact that it got that much up from those stain spots is Gross, yes, but also a great testament to the cleaning power of the spot cleaner. So far, this is a super helpful addition to our household cleaning arsenal. Definitely recommend.

There's clearly a design flaw because for no reason at all, the machine started leaking from the side of the container. It's not coming from the cap. But the side. It makes no sense as to why it would leak there but after just a minute of sitting, there's a pool of water (see attached picture) . I normally wait to use a product a few more times before reviewing a product so that I'm not rushing my opinion but to have the problem after only using the product twice makes me wary to recommend this. I'd be willing to retry it again but the actual machine works really well but I can't keep it if this happens again. Be cautious of this issue.

Product does not work. Tech support via email but no solution to the problem. Got in touch once asking for model and serial number but that was it, then no reply.

I bought this carpet cleaner on sale after Thanksgiving. I didnt need to use it as soon as It arrived so I put it away for the time being. Its now January and I went to put it together to use and the entire hose was broken %26 separated where I could not use it. I don't know how a whole plastic hose comes completely broken into two pieces? Maybe the quality is bad? I'm returning and will have to look for another option.

This is advertised as a steam cleaner. I waited 2 days for a regular shampooer. I'd like my money back. This is very misleading as it IS NOT A STEAM CLEANER!!!! I already have a shampooer and this Ionvac is made a flimsy plastic. So I now am stuck with a piece of junk that I have no use for! 😢😭
