IOTA to the rescue
The original one I received from the Boating Store looked to have been used and did not work. After contacting the Boating Store and not receiving the proper help, I contacted IOTA who sent me another one that has worked great right out of the box.

Double up on 30 amp battery chargers instead
bought the 60 amp version; I hardly ever used it ! one day it let out a spark, gave up the ghost and if the fuses are supposed to work they did not ; and they are hard to remove; by the time I got around to contacting IOTA it was one week out of warranty; the people there have a nasty attitude ! some time ago visited a friend and noticed he had an IOTA charger sitting around; turns out he had had the sma problem; so, we both have expensive useless junk sitting on a shelf
