iOttie Easy One Touch 5 Universal Dashboard & Windshield Car Mount and Phone Holder

I didn't like that I was told it was available at the store in the following morning it was canceled online. I didn't have the extra $10 to pay for delivery but I went ahead and bought it anyway because I need it here in Tennessee cuz it is against the law to have your phone in hand. it is a wonderful product.

I have absolutely no issues with this one this is perfect it pretty much came installed already you just had to put two pieces and that was it. customer service did not give me the right one the last time I ordered this this is 20 times better the other one was more flimsy and cheap one day I was driving and it just fell off in a piece broke this one's great I'm so glad I got this one the right one definitely 10 Stars

This dashboard mount is a life saver! My husband operates huge machinery at his job. He text me all through the day to make sure I am ok. (I have blood pressure issues that put me in the hospital a few weeks ago.) I was always worried about him having his phone in his hand while driving the heavy machinery. He sent me a picture of the life saving dash mount securely attached exactly where he needs it to be. Needless to say, my blood pressure has improved significantly.

Well, if I do not use my Bluetooth, I can still speak on speaker as if I'm speaking to someone in the car. It still provides the hands-free is easy to put in the holder and to take out by pressing the buttons. I have bad fingers so no pressure on the fingers to press the button adjustable in many ways.

Our window based phone holder finally gave out… on our trip…. Like 5 minutes down the road… sigh, first world problems. Ordered this within minutes and had it by the time we got home. It went right on the plate we already had on our dash that was the only part of the last phone holder that was solidly not giving up. That could be the difference between our experience and others that we already had a solid base prior to putting this puppy on. We like that the phone sits lower and no longer impeding our front vision (as minor as the visual impediment was).

The only drawback that I see is the telescoping arm doesn't swivel it just telescopes. I wish it would swivel so that your passenger could swing the phone around to look the phone if they needed to. This may not seem like a big deal, but if you were traveling, and you wanted your passenger to put in an address or to just check the GPS for you for whatever reason then the swivel on would really help.

All was good until the swivel ball mount broke off. Have to buy another one. It lasted from Feb to mid April. As a Trucker I do take my phone out and put back in often during loads but I didn’t expect this for the price of $25. In gonna try some other options as well if I have to spend that type of money for a phone mount.

Looked like what I needed. Followed the directions completely. Put the base on my dashboard and waited 24 hours to put any weight on it (the directions said 20 minutes). Within in a minute of putting on the mount for the phone, the thing fell down. Waste of time and money.
