I bought one for each of my daughters so they would not have their phone battery dying on the road. They both love them and my mind is at ease now they can park their phone have it charging while they're running their errands or on a trip

This car mount makes driving really easy with directions and its nice that you can charge your phone too :) i like that the car plug in also has a usb on it so when my boyfriend drives with me he can charge his phone too

The holder does hold and charge your phone, if that's all you require it's OK… However the clamps don't always bite down on the phone tightly and in some angles the phone may still slip out. The grips on the clips fall off occasionally if you're in a hurry and aren't able to play with the squeeze thing on the back to try to get it out. It does take some serious coordination to do so the right way. The clamp doesn't always grasp your phone “centered” so the bottom clamp blocks the charging port but you can slide it to centered. I suppose it works better if you have larger hands/longer fingers. If you can't bend your second knuckles around the edge of the phone it will be difficult for you but if you can't bend then disregard most issues above. The charger wire is micro usb which is getting harder to find if it breaks…

Charging cuts in and out. Depending on where you put it, it may be difficult to release the phone, fully opening it for the next attachment. doesn't hold foldable phones when unfolded, at least not the Fold6 or any Samsung Fold, pixel fold or other. Must be folded to use this phone holder/charger.

wont charge thru your phone case

charger blinks in and off. i kept exchanging it for another and still have issues. It blinks intermittently and wont continuously charge. Online reviews say to be sure it sits correctly in charging cradle. still cannot get it to charge. Fiddling with it only ultimately drains my phone battery. For $42, I expected a working product! So very disappointing.

Wireless charging doesn't work at all. I've troubleshooted everything—my car and phone setup are compatible. The base is faulty, the box was already open when I picked it up, and the unit is broken.

The holder itself is great but the charger doesn't work. I could've saved about $20 by getting the one without the charger…
