Using passcode is annoying
Having to put in your passcode all the time is extremely annoying. If we don't want to use a passcode we shouldn't have to, but we should be able to choose either way.

Don't buy until their network is updated.
You sold me a phone that your network is not equipped to carry. Cuts out and drops calls constantly. It's irresponsible to sell devices that do not function.
