Unsatisfied with recent service issues
I recently started having trouble with my prior phone with call fading and distortion. So,I purchased the IPhone 12 Pro Max. I'm still having the same issue and I believe there must have been system coverage issues. Every time I try to get help nothing is accomplished or I get hung up on. I have had straight talk for years with no issues but I AM NOW! I tried to unlock my new phone but I have to wait 60 days. Ridiculous to no have calls for two months.
