The plug for my lavender plug isn't working properly

Do not recommend .they worked on my iPad for maybe a week then nothing I plugged these cords into every outlet in my house and tried to charge myI phone nothing from either one. So I went to dollar general bought a cord and it works great for both. There’s no indicator light I did try the backup cord and plug . I tried recharging many times .

Deceiving. Actual production packing info is different than the description and also states twice to please contact support if the charging block doesn’t work.
