Great price and fast delivery.
Best price for the product.
Better priced than competitors
Was basically all that was expected. The price was good, shipping was fast and phone arrived in good shape.
Had to go to Walmart to get one out of the store. Do not buy it offline go to the store. It came in the mail in a skinny box when it was to be in a thick box
I enjoy this phone, but not as much as my iPhone 7. It doesn't have the visual voicemail which was a feature I loved. Also doesn't offer relevant emojis during texting-another feature I loved. Other than that, I love it.
This is the 2nd time we ordered this phone, and it showed up not scanned properly by walmart.com warehouse, distribution folks. Verizon could not activate the phone because it had not been properly scanned, and this happened when we ordered this same phone in Nov of 2020. Will Walmart ever fix this QA issue? Since this phone is not available at the stores, we cannot buy it there, so if walmart cannot fix this problem at the warehouse, we will NEVER have a phone that can be activated.
Very misleading. Got iPhone in good condition, and went through 3 hours of activation only to be advised by Verizon that it had to be scanned by Walmart. Contacted VIPoutlet who advised me that they couldn't do it and to return the item. Very disapointed with Walmart.
I bought and paid for a NEW iPhone as a Christmas gift for my sister. Today she received a USED phone someone had bought from Amazon. If I had wanted to give her a USED phone, I would have bough one from Amazon for less money . Much less money.
