The case was beyond sturdy.! Besides being very aesthetically appeasing it also held up to multiple use and torture. I made the mistake of running over my outdated Iphone 10 with my SUV and this case protected it.I was very shocked! Would highly recommend.

The item quality is A1 and the design was as described. HOWEVER, the power button cover is too large and protruding too far into the inner shell layer, which sits and presses against the power button of the XS max at all times. The XS max power button is much smaller and thinner and if the case is fitted around the phone as designed, it will constantly keep the power button pressed inwards. To use this case with the XS max, I've had to keep the power button portion of the case dispatched from the inner shell, even when the phone is off so as not to trigger the power button. The fit is great, as in there are no cosmetic flaws and it fits the XS max, but the power button cover is not designed for the XS max, in my opinion.

I had to buy the same case twice- because the first case in the pic was misleading- the color was not the one displayed . The second one I placed the order for a Navy and a black case was delivered. Anyway ,I was too tired to return it -but I will be returning the first one. They are well made though.

This case is very well made . I have bought other cases but this is the BEST. It doesn't come with screen cover though. I highly recommend this case.

Terrible case. Button cut outs did not match up properly iPhone would randomly go into RECOVERY mode and tell me I needed to attach phone to Computer to recovery and reboot. Upon research, noted that this occurs when power and volume button are pressed simultaneously. Sure enough, that was the problem. Took case apart, placed phone back in making sure lined up. Was ok for a couple of hours, granted, wasn't really using phone then went right back into same recovery loop. Checked and buttons pressed down together by case again. Since these are mass produced and not hand made, I have to believe others must have had this same problem. No wonder it was so inexpensive. Even so, don't waste money on this when it renders your phone unusable until repositioning in case. Defeats it's purpose. Since

Very disappointed. The button on the right hand side to turn my phone off and on won't work unless I pull the outer case away a little bit. Also, the inner case is very cheap and plastic. I would love to return it, but I had already put in the magnet to attach it to my Cars magnetic phone holder on the back.
