So good, I only order this brand. All the flavors taste delicious ,no weird after taste. Definitely try it my fave is Pina Colada yummy - add chia seeds -
I have tried so many electrolyte powders that I do not like. this one is great because it is made with stevia and not sugar, it tastes great and I love the addition of lion's mane! most of the sugar-free ones are made with artificial sweeteners which are dangerous. this is the only one I have found made with stevia. I highly recommend this product, and I really don't usually bother to do reviews.
This electrolyte powder offers a lot of needed nutrients for low carb diets. It’s sugar free! I have lost approximately 155 lbs. I have lived this lifestyle for 7 years. Simply adding salt, drinking electrolyte water doesn’t really help my symptoms. I needed to find a way to up my game for hydration. I am halfway through this package of IQ MIX. It comes with 20 packets. Yes, I am going to continue to purchase this product in the future. Why? Well because my eye no longer twitches . I’m not getting those terrible leg cramps. My really low blood pressure has increased to an acceptable number. These are signs of dehydration. If you have lived your life on a keto diet you are fully aware. I like to add lemon wedges and sometimes Crystal light to my drink. It gives your IQ MIX a little extra flavor.
My doctor prescribed electrolytes for me, specifically this IQ brand. It is not salty, the flavors are good. So far the lemon-lime is my favorite, so I might order a large pack of just that next time. My energy has really improved. I used to struggle getting through my workouts, now I can do more. I also like the added L-Threonate Magnesium and Lions Mane. Those two added ingredients are why I stay with this particular brand, as well as no added sugar or crappy ingredients.
Best on the market in my opinion. I ordered the variety pack and every one tasted great. Not salty like others or too sweet. Buy if you can.
Terrific first thing in the morning before coffee! Great after physical exercise. Easy to mix in bottled watee, no sugar.
The best powder I can find for max hydration. It keeps me sweating playing golf even in Florida high summer heat and humidity.
the taste is not good it leaves a weird aftertaste, very little flavor, and I get a headache every time I've used it. I don't get that from other electrolytes I've tried. the price is $24 for 20 sticks, definitely not worth it and I definitely DON'T recommend this product!!!!
this contains sucrolose, an unnatural sweetener. The company should specify that knowing most people are concientious of what they need for a supplement.
I don't really care for the taste, which was sad. It had a heavy taste compared to the cheaper electrolytes that I get. And maybe it is better for you. But I'd rather not drink something too heavy. Maybe you're supposed to split it up between two bottles, I'll try that from now on until I finish.
