IRIS Medium Open Pet Playpen, Crate, Light Brown/White

This is a good product, simple to assemble and works as advertised for our 5 pound terrier. Went for the large so there is room for a bed and a wee mat. Product is bulky to ship and came damaged and missing the connectors to hold it together. I solved the problem with cable ties until the vendor shipped me the connectors. They responded well to the issue and shipped me the missing bits. It doesn't have a lid and I didn't want one, but we do put 2 large beach towels over it at night to make it quieter and darker. Our dog is happy with it too :-)

The set up was so super simple, you attach each wall an theres a little piece that snaps into the top an bottom. The cage itself fits into the bottom perfectly which makes for easy clean up if pup makes and messes. The door is perfect, it's a sliding door which makes it super simple to get pup in an out of pen. The design itself is so elegant an nice. The overall structure of the pen is durable and seems it will last a very long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen is exactly what we needed for our great room. It is sturdy and well made while being stylish and unobtrusive. I have looked for quite a while for something that blends with with our decor, that is also able to keep our dog contained and safe when needed. The wire is white, and looks clean and modern. The wood look floor and topper are easily cleaned and a snap to put together. The lock is not flippable by noses, which is a HUGE plus in our home. Finally an option for pet owners who want their pets contained, but do not wish to have to hide a big ugly crate! Well done!

Makes life easier when I'm not home and don't want them roaming freely. Easy to clean bottom. Just lift up and rinse out. Super happy with product!

We bought this pen for our rabbit and it arrived in a box torn in multiple places and the pieces were sticking out. It also did not come with any instructions or dowel-type things to insert in the corners so it falls over with a light touch. It also has a scratch on the side and a bent rod. We can't return it as the box arrived ruined and it is far too heavy to carry to a store. We are probably just gonna find something to fill the corners but it is saddening that this cost almost 300$. We were so excited as this had great reviews but it was very disappointing :(

I have oredered this item twice and unfortunately both times Ive been severely disappointed. This first one arrived with broken pieces and parts falling out, then this time there were no instructions or rods to hold up the cage.

Product came missing parts and box was damaged. It was an immediate return. Plus shipping was delayed 3 times.
