It's too late for me, this is just now my life but let me warn you. First off I have four Pekingese puppies. They weigh less than 5 pounds each. I have to zip tie dumbbells to this to prevent them from just moving it around the room and knocking it over. One of the pups uses the ledges on the inside like a ladder to climb out. This product looks like junk on the inside and has no framework. I already had one though so I got another to at least connect them. Course this one showed up covered in dirt and already has damage so yay me. They definitely didn't send me a new one 🥴Anyway buy something else. This product could have been great and used to be great but they changed the design. They cut costs and now make these so cheap! Which is kinda funny considering the price has gone up but quality took a huge dip. Oh and because the frame is hollow and open if they jump at the door they can unlock it. They can also smear food or poop into every little nook and cranny. One small accident is difficult to clean up because the product is unfinished inside. It's definitely not made for puppies over 2-3 weeks old. A five week old, 3 pound puppy can easily drag this thing across the house. To the manufacturers- go back to the old design and close up the inside. It's tacky, lightweight, and cheap. Stop cutting your costs while increasing the price for customers. I really hope you fix the issues or close up shop because you're ripping people off with your cheap shortcuts and you know it! I wouldn't recommend this product to any of my clients for their dogs or puppies. Years ago the Iris play yards were so much better quality but these are trash. A large breed pup would have this thing demolished in an hour. I almost forgot to mention that it doesn't easily come apart or put together. If u think this is a travel item you're wrong. The connections will break. This isn't meant to be taken apart. They're a cheap plastic and my husband had to click the pieces together because I physically couldn't. Taking them apart again is a laughable concept. Do it a few times and you'll break it.
