IRIS USA Extra Tall Open Pet Playpen, Crate, Light Brown/White

This is a good product, simple to assemble and works as advertised for our 5 pound terrier. Went for the large so there is room for a bed and a wee mat. Product is bulky to ship and came damaged and missing the connectors to hold it together. I solved the problem with cable ties until the vendor shipped me the connectors. They responded well to the issue and shipped me the missing bits. It doesn't have a lid and I didn't want one, but we do put 2 large beach towels over it at night to make it quieter and darker. Our dog is happy with it too :-)

We previously had an ugly black wire kennel that he grew to hate. The openness and durability of this kennel is much less intimidating for him and the stylish look fits in with out decor. The previous kennel was an eye sore that caused our joy anxiety and now he willingly goes in and lays down on his bed. So happy we found this kennel so I don't have to chase him around the house every time I need to kennel him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Iris medium wire open pen is awesome! Took less than one minute to put together. My dogs are enjoying their personal space. Makes life easier when I'm not home and don't want them roaming freely. Easy to clean bottom. Just lift up and rinse out. Super happy with product!

The set up was so super simple, you attach each wall an theres a little piece that snaps into the top an bottom. The cage itself fits into the bottom perfectly which makes for easy clean up if pup makes and messes. The door is perfect, it's a sliding door which makes it super simple to get pup in an out of pen. The design itself is so elegant an nice. The overall structure of the pen is durable and seems it will last a very long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pen and I love the look of it. It's very stylish and goes with a lot of decor and looks nice in a house. This is not for a dog that can jump tho, our medium size dog can jump right out of the top of it.

I have oredered this item twice and unfortunately both times Ive been severely disappointed. This first one arrived with broken pieces and parts falling out, then this time there were no instructions or rods to hold up the cage.

Product came missing parts and box was damaged. It was an immediate return. Plus shipping was delayed 3 times.
