The IRIS Deep Box Chest Drawer is really big - bigger then any of the other storage drawers that I've been using. I wanted it for my linen closet. The shelves are really deep and it's hard to see what's at the back of the bottom shelf. This chest drawer was a perfect fit! It's about 15-1/2" wide, 11-1/2" high and 20-1/2" deep. It is an exact fit on the shelf. The chest is made out of a hard, sturdy plastic and it's clear so you can see what is inside. It smoothly slides in and out and it makes it easy to see what is in the back of the drawer so you can fill it all the way up! It is very big and heavy when it's full depending on what you store there so it is better to place it on a lower shelf where you can look down into it instead of having to pull it out from an upper shelf or get a ladder every time you want to get something out. IRIS makes them stackable and they have also designed it so that their other storage drawers in smaller sizes can be stacked on top of it. I recommend this item for anyone looking for help finding items on a shelf that is very deep. This chest drawer is large enough to hold sheets and towels besides small items like lotions, polish, perfumes and soaps. It's the perfect solution to your storage needs!

The Iris Deep Box Chest Drawer has lots of space for stuff you just don't know what to do with. It fit under my daughters bunk bed with no problem. it's being used to store clothing that is not currently in season, and it fit a lot. If you roll the clothes like if you were packing for a trip you can fit a lot of items in this drawer. Honestly, you could fit a lot in it anyway you choose to fold it, but with two girls we chose to roll the items. It seems to be made well and if you get more than one they are stackable. I'm very happy with this item.

this review is for one iris modular stacking drawer. the dimensions are 19 5/8" inches from front to back, 11 1/2" inches from top to bottom, and 15 3/4" inches from left to right. in volume,this holds 43.25 quarts. the drawer itself is transparent so you can see what you need before you need to open the drawer. the handle does not protrude from the surface of the plastic but is a concave on the entire front BOTTOM of the drawer. on the top, outside of the modular drawer, has deep grooves around the perimeter which holds consecutive stacking drawers snugly into their places. the tops of these stacking drawers are a sturdy plastic and doesnt flex downward when some weight is applied onto it. while unboxing the drawer after shipment, our family 22 pound cat helped test out the new product by climbing on top of the unit. this caught my eye quickly and when he left the area, i checked it out again by applying some of my arm power down into the middle area of the drawer. i was very impressed with how the structure was made. i decided to place this drawer under the spring bed frame which is 14" inches off of the floor. the drawer is the perfect height for this. i plan to place my grandaughters clothing in it when she comes to stay with us for short school breaks. much better than having her put her clothes in a cardboard box for extended stays. im considering using these stackable modulars to hold my craft supplies, paints, papers, glues, ribbons, brushes etc. and another one on the other end of the bed underneath to place an extra blanket in. these stackables have so many versatile uses. if my grandchildren were small, i would get these for their toys.

This box is perfect for upper-shelf storage for me. And I say upper-shelf because the most important feature for me personally - and what makes this product unique over a Rubbermaid or any of its other competitors - is that the "handle" to open the drawer on this one-drawer unit I purchased is on the BOTTOM of the drawer. Hurray! Because I have one huge shelf running along the top of my master bedroom walk-in closet. Just that one shelf. And it's way up above my head, and I'm really short. This has presented a huge problem to me for the past 30 years, reaching not only to the shelf itself to get something, but then reaching to the top of the drawer unit itself and then to the handle to OPEN the shelf. Now I only have to reach the bottom of the shelf to open the drawer of this IRIS chest. Fantastic! And it opens smoothly every time. This is the first time in all those years I've found a storage box that had a handle on the bottom. Past that one lovely feature (for me, anyway; it may not be what you are looking for, and if you store this under a bed, for example, you may want your handle on the top) the other thing that struck me is the depth of this, which is also nice; it's close to 20 inches deep, or long (16 inches wide, 11 1/2 inches tall), so it can handle just about any kind of storage needs. I use mine for the 3 tons of gift wrapping supplies I've accumulated. Also very sturdy, so it won't collapse if you put another one on top of it. I was surprised, actually, at how sturdy it seemed when I unpacked it, similar and maybe even stronger than the Rubbermaid brand I've used in the past. All in all, very impressed in the three months I've owned it.

The IRIS deep box chest drawer is almost the same as any Rubbermaid drawer. It is incredibly large in capacity though. The height and width offer just the right amount of space to fit under the bed, yet deep enough to provide ample storage space for excess clothes, books, toys, whatever you can think of. Just like any traditional drawers these drawers is easily cleaned by wiping down the surface with a cloth. It has an inlay of ridges and squares on the top of the bin, which provides a nice traction for stacking. This bin is made to be stacked if so chosen. The bin glides nicely on the framework and provides easy access to stored good. I have put many things in this bin and find that it does not stick. I also really love that the frame is all in one piece. When I move this bin, it doesn't fall apart like other plastic bins I have purchased before. It is a good sturdy piece. The dimensions run approximately a square foot for the face and about a foot and a half in depth. I would love to see this come in more color options but for now this white will do just fine.

This draft was far bigger than I expected. Looking at the picture online you would think it was just one of the small drawers that come in the clear roller chest. But, when the box came I was amazed at the size. I was able to put 6 large towels with washcloths in it and use the top to store my sheets. It was and is amazing.

I JUST LOVE THIS DEEP BOX CHEST DRAWER...IT HOLDS A LOT OF STUFF..IT REALLY IS DEEP SO I PUT MY DVD'S IN IT AND I HAVE A LOT OF DVD'S...I FILLED IT UP TO THE TOP WITH ALL OF MY DVD'S..THAT IS HOW BIG IT IS AND STURDY TOO..ONCE I OPENED AND CLOSED THE CHEST IT WAS EASY AS PIE..MEANING IT SLIDES BACK AND FORTH WITH ALL THE HEAVY DVD'S WITH EASE..I WOULD BUY MORE OF THESE BOXES AND STACK THEM WITH CLOTHES...LIKE BULKY ONES..MY SWEATSHIRTS OR SWEATERS AND JEANS...IT HOLDS A LOT AND IS SO STURDY...LOVE IT...THANK YOU...

This is a light weight, easily installed clear and white deep box. When I received the items it came with instructions which I didn't need to use as everything was self explanatory. You basically just put the drawer in the box and you're done! This is a deep, nice sized box. I am using it to store clothes and this box actually stores more in it than an average sized drawer in a dresser. I like that I can see through the front and immediately recognize it's a clothing container. This would be especially useful if you have multiple drawers and you could just glance at the front to see what's in the box. No need to try to label or remember. Although there is one thing I dislike, I still gave it 5 stars. The drawer opens from the bottom. I'm used to opening drawers with a handle at the top. So every time I go to open it I instinctively reach for the top of the drawer.

I received the IRIS Deep Box Chest Drawer, White and it's a great edition. I'm loving it because the drawer is really deep and holds a lot of items. The measurements are 19.63L x 15.75W x 11.50H. I chose to put my socks in just to test out the depth and really see how much it can hold. With all my socks in the drawer I still have tons of space left. The drawer pull out handle is located on the bottom instead of the top which very convenient and cool. It weighs about 4.5 pounds which is pretty light and seems like it is heavy duty. I could see myself putting some extra bedding in the drawer or pillows even. I might buy a couple of more and stack them up on top of each other. I thinking I would the extra ones for storage in the bathroom. The drawer glides out and doesn't get stuck or off track. I had ones in the past were the drawer wouldn't close. I would recommend this drawer to anyone wanting to organize things and want something heavy duty. It's a little more pricey but well worth the price.

I've been using this drawer daily for Lite storage. For the most part it is pretty durable. However it does need a flat surface and possibly something starting on top of it due to the fact that the drawer will move the entire chest once you attempt to open it. Or you could just place your hand on a drawer to keep the chest in place once you open the drawer. It does not have too tight of seal on the drawer once closed. Overall it's a pretty decent size storage drawer if you need extra storage for light things.
