This product fit my needs and works perfectly
All three parts in one package for convenience and good price too.
At least with the iRobot branded parts, the spinner brush doesn't fall off in operation, as the last generic I bought did. I do think it's too expensive for what it is, though.
My iRobot hasn't been working lately and has been randomly stopping while performing it's cleaning. I read online that it might need replacement parts so I decided to buy this kit. All the pieces were super easy to install and upon installation the iRobot has started to clean again without any issues. The only thing I noticed is that on hard floors the iRobot is a lot louder than it ever used to be. I'm not sure if it has to do with the part or the way I installed it. It's not a big issue as I would rather it be effective than not but it's a little of a nuisance when we are trying to do other things inside.
I set my Roomba to clean every 3 days and I have no problems, unless I accidentally drop something and it gets tangled in the rollers. One thing I will say is that these machines need to be rebooted (in settings) cleaned and the rollers, sweeper and filters should be replaced from time in order for it to have any longevity. Also, remove the rollers and clean under there, people, ESPECIALLY if you have a pet. Remember they are machines and are not self cleaning. I love my E series and it has done right by me only because I take care of it. Good luck with yours.
I'm reserving the right to change my review. It's unclear if this is OEM or after market. Looking at the specs, it appears to be OEM but everything else including the packing is after market. I can't find anything that would allow me to contact the seller. I used after market rollers twice and both times the rollers stripped the slot it goes in.
I'm not sure if the brushes were redesigned or what. I've had my machine for a few years with only minor annoyances but since I last changed out the rollers I've had nothing but problems. First off, the new rollers made the machine even louder than it already was. Then, when it moves onto carpet it cleans for maybe 5 minutes before stopping and telling me to clean the rollers. But there is never anything stuck in them! It happens over and over again until I give up! It's like the new rollers are too big for the machine! Absolutely infuriating!
It was an awesome Robot until I replaced the rollers. I'm not sure if the brushes were redesigned or what. Air filters do not fit J series as advertised.
I am not sure what happened, but the rollers I just bought are spaced too close together, and it causes the robot to get stuck and tell you to clean the brushes. However, the brushes are clean and there is nothing in there that would cause the rollers to get stuck. It seems like the fins on the dark green roller are too long. Even on hardwood, it causes the robot to be very loud. I have never had a problem with my i7 the last 5 years, but ever since I put the new rollers in, I have had nothing but problems. It basically cannot clean on carpet anymore unless I physically pick up the unit and then hit the Clean button every 5 minutes. I see multiple reviews with the exact same issue recently.
