iRobot Roomba Plus 405 Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop + AutoWash Dock - White Edition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this combo robot in our house and we love it! It simplified cleaning routine so much. I manage pretty busy life so it's been a lifesaver. Robot mapped my house very accurately, installation was super easy, app is also easy to manage. Connection didn't give me any issues. Suction is strong enough for everyday dust, crumbs, and even hair. Mopping also leaves floors fresh and clean. Self-maintenance of the dock is also impressive! It empties itself and storage is great. I am also very impressed that I can schedule my cleanings in the app. It seems very high-quality and durable too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba vacuum cleaner and mop is an absolute gamer changer. It has a home base that it automatically parks at to empty the dirty mop water when it needs to recharge. It spent about 20 minutes mapping out my entire house and I was able to easily block off a few areas with the intuitive mapping feature. It goes around and vacuums/mops everything and it's smart enough to detect carpet so it doesn't mop over your rugs or carpeted areas. It's much quieter than my old Roomba and it doesn't mop a great job moving around obstacles and edges. Overall this Roomba is going to save me so much time keeping my house clean from my kids and golden retriever!

The biggest standout feature is the dock that automatically empties the bin, washes and dries the mop pads. It takes so much work off of me to keep my floors clean. It does a great job of picking up everyday dirt and crumbs. Mapping feature was quick and accurate for my home. I love the easy scheduling feature which allows me to set it to clean while everyone is asleep. Overall it's a lifesaver!

It will always blow my mind how this robot vacuum/mop knows how to map out your home so it doesn’t crash into walls or anything. My floors looks and feel clean at all times. It fits nicely in its own little spot in the living room and it’s easy to assemble. Awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba Plus 405 Combo robot and AutoWash with dock is an amazing house cleaning tool. It didn’t come with a quick start guide. Since there was no QR code to scan, it was much harder to get it set up. I couldn’t get the robot to sync with my app. It took me 45 minutes to get it set up to go. Once it was synced and ready to go, the robot mapped out the floor it was on in about 90 minutes. Once it did that, I had it clean 3 rooms. It stopped a couple times to clean the mop heads and once to empty the vacuum compartment. I used plain water to clean the hardwood floors. It picked up all the crumbs in the kitchen and did a nice job mopping in neat rows. In the foyer, it mopped away footprints from someone’s dirty shoe. The vacuuming was effective—it picked up a lot of cat fur and crumbs. It didn’t get stuck in cords that I couldn’t hide. It is quiet enough that I was able to watch TV still while worked. I took a video of it cleaning, but it won’t load to this review. I like that you can edit the map to label the rooms. You can also go into the map and subdivide a room for shorter cleaning sessions. For instance, if I cooked a lot and made a mess in the kitchen, I can have the robot only clean the kitchen—not the entire first floor. Overall, this is an excellent product.

I have so much pollen and dog hair on both my hardwood floors and carpets and this takes care of both. The mop heads are automatically washed and dried so they don’t get stinky. Using the app, you map out zones and can tell it mop, vacuum or both. You can set it to clean when you aren’t home. Game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this compliments of Influenster. The roomba was packaged very nice but comes with very basic and I mean basic instructions. You have to download the app to use it properly, otherwise, it would not work correctly. My experience could have been better with instructions to set it up. It was confusing to say the very least. But, alas, I got my little Roomba to do its thing! Clean! The capacity that it holds is very generous. It creates a path so it knows where it can go. It gets stuck in some cases but then learns to maneuver and knows not to go back to the same spot. Meaning, it gets stuck once and it doesn't return. It's super intuitive. I think for first timers, such as myself, it will take time to use it to the best of its ability but I wouldn't change it because it's doing a great job cleaning my floors. It even knows the difference between hard word and my portable carpets.

I couldnt have gotten this at a better time mom of 3 one being a newborn and a deployed spouse so I'm keeping up with the house alone. The mapping took a couple of tries before I was satisfied. Now that I am satisfied with the mapping we have used our robot everyday since. Its a little noisy but 1 i don't mind noise if it is working amazing and 2 is not as noisy as others I have. The robot is also pretty massive but because of its capabilities it makes sense. It can get over alot of items. This thing can literally off road. If you are satisfied with carpet lines after cleaning. THIS MACHINE WILL DO IT!!!! I love that factor. It is also very detailed and will not go over carpet if its mopping. Like I said SO SMART!! it will happily let you know if it gets stuck or sucked up an item that shouldn't be vacuumed. I do like the control from my app as well. The things I didnt like besides how hard it was to map my home was it has sooooo much trouble finding its base. I wish I understood why put itll pass it by 10 times before even trying to dock snd when it goes to dock it looks like its trying to parallel park with how often it goes in and out. Its crazy. But overall I loveeeee our little helper it has been making my life sooo much easier.

Remote operation and control via app in the mobile device makes it easy and convenient to operate. The iRobot recognizes the obstacles and along follows the map efficiently. The clean power and suction is great the rotating brush get to the corner and unreachable areas easily. It automatically goes to the dock to charge. The mopping function is great and cleans well . It automatically empties as it gets full. Definitely a great vacuum that operates quietly ,great for office or big room with minimum obstacles that doesn’t require moving to clean and mop.
