I have been buying one of these once a month every since I had my son four months ago via C-section and had to also get a blood transfusion, due to blood loss. This is help me feel so much better it doesn't taste excellent but it is an awful either. It is so much better than liquid iron is. I would absolutely recommend it for someone who is anemic or has low blood as it absolutely does help I hope that this helps someone such as myself who has had surgery or something of that nature. ***WARNING*** This is literally a waste of money... This will spill everywhere because the cap does not fit the bottle. When you twist it close, it will come off or lose, and when you shake it, IT WILL SPILL all over you, and since this is suppose to be iron, it may stain bad. Don't seem to do anything, WILL NOT buy this waste hazard again.

I have tried the product before, and it's fantastic. This time, when I received my order, the box had been opened, and the cap had no seal. I had to return it immediately.
