My son has been playing baseball for many years. we live in GA and I had the hardest time getting out the red mud we have here. His white pants were never white.. i asked one of the mothers how she kept her sons pants looking brand new and she told me about this product. That was about 7 yrs ago, Since then my sons baseball pants look brand new every game.
It does smell bad…but just soak dirty white baseball pants for a couple hours with this and water in a bucket and wash as normal …no scrubbing needed!
Recommended for our new water softener because we have well water with high iron count. Great for keeping softener working correctly along with the high iron salt pellets. also great for removing rust from the back of the toilet bowl and other places where it builds up.
Our water is extremely hard and stinky and turns everything orange. I have to use this weekly on my tub and every couple of days on my toilets and sinks. It is the only thing that seems to work the best! I am very glad it comes in a spray bottle too. O. The really tough stains I make a paste like consistency with s little water and the powder from the jug and brush it on the tub. Walk away for 10-15 min or so and come back and rinse away! Beautiful! I wish you made some that wouldn't damage the metal fixtures. It's impossible not to get it on the metal no matter how often I wipe it off. Plus the fixtures get all rust covered too, and need cleaning
I noticed that one of our toilets needed cleaning more often than anticipated and no amount of scrubbing alleviated the problem. Then I looked in the tank and immediately saw the problem. The tank was lined with orange rust deposits. I watched a couple of on line videos on Iron Out and decided to give it a try. I put it in the tank, waited over night, and then wiped out the residue with a sponge. The tank lining was white again.
I use this all the time to get brown iron out of water in hot tubs, washers, dishwashers %26 the holding tank in toilets. It is safe for skin contact when diluted in water. The smell is only strong before putting in water. Do not breathe the fumes when opening the container. Haven't found anything else that comes close to comparing it to. Highly recommend. It's a little pricey but well worth it.
This stuff is wonderful. Saw a video that it would take the dirt out of white baseball pants! OMG It does this trick and don't have to scrub them for days!
This product does remove orange iron stains in your toilet, sinks, tubs, showers , side of house and sidewalks. I buy it every few months to keep up.
We have a high iron content in our well water %26 this product works well when added to our water softener.
cant tell if this works better than spray n wash or oxy clean. It IS very dusky and makes you couch every use. you have to measure it out with a measuring cup. not provided. i only tried this due to having great results with their product Iron Out. A lot of this is needed per 1 load. So it went very fast making it not cheap. overall im not buying again.
