This is the most beneficial menopause supplement I have ever taken and that is not being said lightly
Calms me right down when my hormones go array
Helps me greatly with hot flashes and mood swings.
Started taking this last week and already I am seeing a difference.
I have been taking this for about 1 year now. I would wake every two hours during the night with hot flashes. This became very tiring. I started taking two of these after dinner every evening. By the second week of taking only two a day I was down to one hot flash during the night!!! What a relief. Now, I am still just taking two a day, sometimes I would even forget, and sometimes I can sleep through the night. I have also found that if I do not snack after dinner this helps even more.
I have suffered with hot flashes and mood swings since my total hysterectomy. This is the only products I have found that helps.
I can't live without it. It helps keep my hot flushes to a very minimum

Took for about 2 months and did nothing for menopause/perimenopause relief! Still got hot flashes, exhaustion and mood swings. I was taking a competitors (that was working), but was looking to try something new that would be more natural/less fillers/higher quality, but this did not work. So disappointed.
