I love the liquid gels. Works great for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't like taking the tablets.

Been taking Only One Liquid-Gel Multi WITHOUT Iron for 1 to 2 years. I must stay away from herbs due to health complications. So this is safe and helpful. Comments about strong fishy smell were several years ago. Not a problem now! Fortunately I can take really big pills, so not a problem. Caps no longer sticky due to adding several barrel desiccants to each bottle.

The picture of the gel-cap on the front of the gives the impression that it really isn't all that big, but...the gel-cap is the biggest they make. I thought Swanson would have a 'letter' designation of the size of the capsule contained somewhere in the ad, but as of Nov 2014 I can't find one. Unfortunately, my mom can't swallow this horse pill.

I used their other multi which involved 2 caps and I switched to this one for the convenience of 1 gel cap. However, the fishy SMELL of these things is overwhelming. I intend to contact Swanson just in case, by chance, this is a 'bad' bottle or something, the fish/anchovi stink is so strong it's hard to take the gel cap & the stink is on your hands after handling them. Again, this may be just a 'bad' bottle, but until I find out, and unless you love 'fishystink' & wont gag trying to get it down, I'm giving 'one Leaf' rating.

I bought a bottle of these about 2weeks ago, and I am going to throw them away. I have never taken a vitiman with such a fishy taste and smell. It is awful .when you open the cap the fish smell is overwhelming .
