I would definitely recommend this product. I started to notice I was feeling a little better after taking it for a week. But I'd recommend giving it time, I've been taking it for 2 months now and actually feel more positive and not so easily stressed.

The 5-HTP is Magic
This stuff works in that it calms the nerves on a stressful day, or if you are overloaded a bit with anxiety from various sources. Try it.

Great Vitamin for Anxiety/Stress
This item was actually recommended to me by a certified Nutritionist...and it really does work. It does really change your mood...you feel more relaxed and lighthearted. The suggested dose is too strong for me personally (it makes me feel groggy). I only take one pill a day..and it is at night before bedtime. Definitely recommend this product...especially if you are feeling anxiety and stress.
