Pills are big in size but decently easy to swallow. No taste. Good quality ingredients, my sleeping improved after i started on them. I didnt realize tho that i need to take 3 pills a day so the bottle ends fast. I'll repurchase as i think they help with good night sleep.

this brand name never failed me. the ingredients are as close as you can get. what was the most important thing for me is that it's liquid soft gels. brilliant quality, not too pricey and most of all so beneficial. you'll be amazed what ashwagandha actually does and to top it all it's coupled with magnesium.

this product helped me to sleep better, some people mentioned not to take all the time , so now i am pausing it a bit....and i use magnesium only. but when i used it , it helped with relaxing my muscles. product is soft so its easy to swallow coz i normally has issue with big size pills but this one is good.

I have used this brand in the past. I like that the products are in dark glass containers versus plastic. I always prefer a soft-gel to capsule. This is a good blend to detox and aid in digestion.
