This Irwin Vice Grip 8 piece pliers set is the best little all in one ever! It very conveniently comes in a well organized heavy duty mesh wrap that houses all the pliers. Each plier has it's own pocket so nothing gets lost or misplaced and when you are done using it you can simply roll it up and attach the straps to hold it in place for easy storage. It rolls up into a ball so it does not take up a lot of space, we just place it on the shelf. My husband calls it his "all in one" instead of trying to describe to me what he wants, I'm not familiar with all of them he just tells me to bring him the "all in one." It is super handy and just about most of everything you need is in that little bag, saves a lot of time hunting for individual parts and no more lost pliers!

Was so excited when I opened the box for this Irwin Vise-grip 8 piece set. So impressed! Each piece is heavy duty and well made. Fits nicely in your hand with a balanced weight on each piece. Grips tight and makes the hardest job easier. The handle grips are comfortable and stay put in your hand. Such a difference using a quality tool compared to a cheap one! I also love the carrying case these come in. Rolls out and easy to use and store. Thumbs up!!

Irwin Vise-Grips 8 Piece Groove Lock Pliers Set. This is the perfect set whether you are starting your tool collection, or refreshing your well worn vise-grips. Who couldn't use another set of Vise-grips? Especially when one gets put in to long term service to replace a missing dial knob. They are all frequently used tools around my house. Everything you need to do many tasks, from crafts to more serious home and auto repairs. They lock on fast and easily with one hand and stay put till you take them off- so you can use both your hands or to just provide extra leverage. There are 3 sizes of the actual locking grip pliers -8 inch, 10 inch and 12 inch- all have the grooved plate jaws to help hold on to any object. You get a multi-purpose adjustable 10 inch wrench, narrow pliers, needle nose pliers for those tight spots, regular adjustable pliers and wire cutters. And I love the roll up divided tool pouch that comes with it, it keeps them all protected and together instead of banging around my tool box. This is a brand I have always trusted and continues to serve me well.

This set became a favorite of my husbands right out of the box! He has some of these tools already, but there all different brands, some are cheap and have plastic handles etc. Plus there all just tossed in a tool box where you have to dig thru a bunch of tools to find the one you need. But this set is the best quality that he owns now by far. PLUS it comes in a nice "kit bag" as IRWIN describes it, but it's actually more of the roll up carrying style. But even the kit bag is a heavy duty canvas material. My husband has quickly became huge fan of tool sets that are all nicely packed away in a carry away style or box. He really hates the catch all tool box now. So the simple kit bag was a major plus. The tools themselves are REALLY nice, with a fairly nice grip for his large hands. But his favorites are the 3 groove lock pliers. The press and slide button style is so cool and with three sizes (8",10",12") they have 48 grooves all together. So If one of these three tools can't do the job I would be completely blown away! All in all the tools are very well made and will most likely be the last set that my husband will ever need. The box does say "lifetime guarantee". My husband highly recommends this set for those who are going away from the "catch all" tool box and are in need of heavy duty tools for on the go or at home.

When I recieved this tool kit and opened it up, I got overly excited and told my daughter, "lets build stuff!" The set is heavy and durable and contains all the basic tools you need to fix things around the house. I was very much impressed with the quailty of these tools and really liked that they have a very well made case to hold them in so they aren't just lose in my tool drawer. The thick vinyl type material the case is made out won't rip or tear over time. It rolls the tools that are held inside by mesh pockets. This is a perfect addition to any tool set.

It comes with three GrooveLock pliers (8", 10" and 12"), a 10" adjustable wrench, 8" lineman's pliers, 8" long nose pliers, 6" diagonal cutting pliers, and 6" slip joint pliers. The set also comes with a nice quality kit bag. My husband and father always say you can never have enough tools, and this set is a nice complement to the home tool box.

Good set to have handy if you are a person that uses tools very often and if if you are a person who does not. I just do diy projects here and there, or fixes things as needed so these are good for me to have. Never know when you will need any of these tools. Sturdy and durable.
