I've done my research and this scooter always came up so I've done my homework on it and decided to buy it... it's really fast and durable, does go pretty fast and such a smooth ride on even dirt terrain. so hands down its worth the cost!!!
It's fast downhill I've hit 30 mph on flat ground it will only do 25 mph if you go uphill it slows down depending on how steep the hill is I've had it get down to 4mph and had to help it up the hill I weight about 150-160lbs it's fun to ride I ride it to work its about 4 miles one way takes about 11 minutes to get there
This scooter is amazing on so many levels. It accelerates fast and in fact starts to accelerate faster the warmer it gets. the speed is just the right speed. it is not too fast and it is not too slow. it definitely would hurt possibly break some bones if you fell but that's why you need to be very careful on these. I have had three different scooters and this one far exceeded my expectations. it handles great, the shock system is flawless and I have had it for 2 weeks written it every day and it's still rides like the first day I got it. it doesn't have a single I scooter label on it which I didn't like but it definitely has the I scooter quality

Great scooter grandkids love it and me too!!!!!!! Lost charger and they are sedning me new one free of charges, Quick courteous responses from iscooter customer service
pros: fast shipping (3 or 4 days) w/ fedex. price, alot of scooter for under $500. powerful motor big off road tires huge deck bright led lights smooth rid adjustable handlebars So far good battery life. Did about 17miles and app showed it had 49% battery life left, gauge on Lcd screen should it at about 60-70% tho. cons: throttle not the greatest heavy foldable but not that portable lcd screen is weak batteMoved to lot 530ry gauge on lcd screen does not match the percentage in the app. Speedometer is off. It reads 22mph and i am riding right next to a scooter that maxes out at 19mph. My last scooter maxed out at 21mph, when this one reads 25mph it feels more like 22 maybe 23mph. i have owned the Isinwheel s10 %26 the Gotrax elite Max and this one is the most bang for ur buck. Overall considering the fast shipping, the price and what u get, i rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
I purchased this in November of 2025 and threw it out by December 2025, and I'll explain why. A bit of backstory: I needed a backup scooter as my current scooter (Segway Ninebot F2) had a bad front tire and I needed to buy a new assembly. I saw this one for around $300 or so and bought it. By the second use of it, I had constant motor temperature issues (the temperature of the motor would consistently reach over 90 degrees CELSIUS (which I found out that more than likely, the temperature controller may have been bad). By the fourth use, it was barely usable and I decided to just cut my losses and toss it. I will say that the battery was excellent for the few times I rode it. I was able to go 7 miles in Speed mode (25mph) and make it to my destination with over 60% battery. It was also truly able to go 25mph, though the rated 700 watt motor is debatable, granted, I'm also 195lbs, so that could have something to do with it (it felt more like it was consistently 350 or so and would bump up to 700 intermittently for a short time). Also, if you are over 6 ft tall like me, it will feel like a toy (the handle bars will be very far down and a bit uncomfortable). All in all, I wouldn't get this (or really anything from iScooter); it's truly a budget company and you will get what you pay for. Just save up a bit more and pay for a reputable name brand. It doesn't have to be Segway, but you get my point, lol.
The overall build quality and appearance of the product are excellent. The power output exceeds expectations, providing sufficient propulsion for an individual weighing 260 pounds. The headlight offers adequate illumination, and the display is user-friendly and easy to read. The ride quality is also decent. However, a significant concern lies in the battery life, which provides a limited range of approximately 5 miles and requires an extended charging time. This aspect necessitates careful consideration regarding the initiation of an exchange or refund process, particularly given the absence of nearby shipping facilities and limited customer support availability through Walmart Plus. As a professional product reviewer, I am committed to providing comprehensive feedback on my customer service experiences..
When you put it in lock mode, it disconnects from Bluetooth and a few minutes later, it turns off automatically. In other words, anyone can use it because the security system has been turned off. The instruction manual is also impossible to read due to printing failure.
worst e scooter i have ever purchased hands down u scooter customer service was also a bad experience tire popped first day i scooter app was not working and the top speed it would go was 19-21 not 24.9 amd dont get me started on how heavy it is battery life is horrible only good thing was the shock but whats the point when is has air tires i was under the assumption the were airless tire. oy was i wrong
