bought 5 of these...one for each grandbabe and they loved them. Ages 6 to 10. My 6 year old grandson says gramma it goes so fast and it lights up! it was a great Christmas present for them and the price was reasonable!
My nephew was suprised and loved it. I would recommend it so kids won't be on electronics instead. It smooth to ride on and the lisghts are so colorful. I'm purchasing another one for my grandaughter for her birthday.
The 2 screws for bars on both sides the holes are not correct the wheels are not completely going in because the alxe nuts was already put in stuck im so disappointed 😡😡😡
It doesn't charge very disappointed and y'all want me to bring it all the way back to Walmart. I don't even live close to a Walmart now. Will have to try to get a ride. Very disappointing. I could've just dropped it off at a UPS station.
In the description it does not say anything about the handlebar does not turn. It is a fixed handle bar. I bought this for my 4 year old grandson and he cannot turn it at all so he doesn't like riding it. The seller stated that you have to lean into the turn for it to work. I actually had a friends son try it who is 8 and he even wasn't able to turn it by leaning into it. The seller refuses to let us return it and said maybe give it to another family member. Why would I do that if you can't turn the scooter? I will be filing a complaint with Walmart.com. Do not buy from this seller.
Scooter is very small not as it looks in picture. it should be for 4 to 6 yr old. Returning is a issue you need to get approval from vendor, Walmart will not allow return even though they sold item. DO NOT PURCHASE IT IS NOT AS PICTURED AND WALMART WILL NOT ALL RETURN!!
If only I had gotten the e-scooter to be able to review it - LASERSHIP IS HORRIBLE they “lost” the package - which to me meant 1 of their employees KEPT it - being that it was Christmas time - I had to be refunded %26 the baby didn't get that for Christmas as planned
Got one for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas %26 haven't been able to use it. The charger they sent is one that plugs in but the charger port on the scooter is a magnetic one. Contacted the seller %26 of course, no response!
I got it for my 11 year-old and we did Christmas early and she is in tears because it goes really slow. For a younger child it would be OK but for 11 and 12-year-olds I would think twice. The lights are really cool on it though.
We are extremely disappointed we bought 2 scooters for our daughters birthday. we didn't know which one would be a better fit. the other one arrived first so we decided to return this. we didn't even put it together and we never rode it. we went to return it and they told us we could only return it online, not in the store. So we went to return it online and they want to charge us a 20% restocking fee and pay to return it. it's a sham… Walmart is stick to selling Walmart items not third-party items. It's too confusing for the consumer.
