The shipping was fast and assembly was easy. The bike charged up in a couple hours and was ready to ride. I couldn't believe how smooth the ride was fast. The bike was all the lights and everything worked great I am very happy with my purchase. Besides, If you have any question or help, customer service will always be there and response a.s.a.p. I highly recommend it. Love my bike so far.
Battery charger quit working on first day, replacement requested never received. Ended up purchasing a different one.
it's an all right bike. the battery on the LCD display seems to drain really fast so you only get like 15-20 MI of just going and I think that is incredibly a lack of better words. what they were supposed to be doing which was giving me a bike that can go up to 65 mi at 20 mph and I did not get what I was ordering. so now I think this is false advertisement as well
I bought this bike, assembled it, but the bike does not power on despite charging it according to instructions

I put the bike together only to find out that two parts were bent. I drove an hour to the nearest Walmart. I was 5 minutes late for the customer service desk. They wouldn't help me. I drove all the way back home. I had to drive back the next day (again). I was greeted by a lady after waiting 25 minutes with a “you'll have to take the bike apart and put it back into the packaging exactly how you got it. I stayed for another hour taking the bike apart. Now I'm waiting the 2 weeks that they said it could take to get my money back. I can't get back the 4 hours of driving time, the 2 hours at the store, or my time putting the bike together back. Very poor service.
