The scooter is a lot cuter than I had anticipated. I love the cartoon on the board. The price was a good deal for the value I received. The package arrived in the time expected, and was in perfect shape. Very pleased with this purchase.

the scooter is good quality i just dont like that you cant turn it around. ypu have to physically stop to go into the other direction. my 5yr old struggles riding it. its easy to get going and keep going but to stop and turn it all the way around to go the opposite way lowers the ratings.

I loved the wide board and 3 wheels but this was my second one the first one I only got 1 charge and it quit re-ordered it and this time I got 2 charges but that's it. No longer charges

Received it broken the handle bar would not click into place alone from that it’s very heavy for a child just over all unsatisfied I’m assuming it was bad enough for a lot of people is why they quit making this exact one HOWEVER customer service did give a full refund and told me I could keep it witch really just wish they would have let me send it back now I have to dispose of it

Got this as a gift for my toddler for Christmas. He couldn't ride it outside, since we live in Illinois until recently in March. Literally, it stopped working after 4 uses. The buttons just don't work to change the speed, but charger still showing as charging. Defective and useless for the price I paid.

This scooter is great when it works but it never works. I bought 4 of these and every single one broke within 1 week and wouldn't charge. Loose connection everytime. Absolute junk. If your going to buy electronics do it at full price from the source or the manufacturer don't waste your time and money and sanity.

DO NOT BUY!! I've went through 3 of these and they are all defective. Even isinwheel says walmart is an unauthorized reseller and it's defective merchandise. Iscooter.com says not to buy from Walmart or Amazon. Buy from iscooter.com its $99 and Walmart online is $89. $10 more but at least it works and isn't broken after the first ride. Don't be fooled.

Well, the battery came out and I contacted Walmart and they said that it’s still under the company’s warranty so they can’t do anything and I tried contacting the warranty company and it’s been about a year now and they still don’t really hit me up so I don’t know what to say

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I purchased this scooter and received it on 12/19/2024. My son opened it on Christmas Day and after less than 30 minutes it no longer worked and the company has been giving me the run around for now 4 days about returning this defective item and giving me my money back. They have been giving excuses after excuses when all they have to do is send me a return label so i can return their items back and give me a refund. I am VERY disappointed and will NEVER order from Walmart if the item comes from a 3rd party.

Currently waiting on a refund this product work for a few days not even making it to outside.. it would charge up light green and would not move would not recommend this product
