I'd never heard of this Sugar substitute so read some on it and sounded good. Decided to give it a try. I'm hoping it melts in coffee, or something else and haven't tested it other than tasting it. Just like it says, it's a bit less sweet and I don't mind that at all. Not into all the fancy stuff people do with cake decorating and such so as long as it doesn't spike my Blood Sugar I'm all for it! I refuse to ingest ANY kind of artificial sweetener after working in a Lab at ASU years ago and found out the Truth about it!

Yay too! 2) Packaging/Handling = Excellent! 3) Wow! 2 lbs of 'Substitute/Alternative For Sugar' - a RARE find for sure because for use wise; that's going to last for about 6 months or more in my opinion. Another Thumb Up! 4) Look at the back label because OMG - absolutely LOVE what's on there = nothing much %26 that's wonderful thing(s) for sure, right? Exactly...5) Another healthy product for your body. I recommend using no more than 2 teaspoons a day and separate usage like 1 teaspoon in the morning, then 1 teaspoon at lunch or dinner time as needed. Check with your doctor, if needed because that's what I do nowadays for sure on any NEW product(s), especially to eat etc. 6) An affordable product for sure. 7) Ah, think outside the box for sure - way(s) to use this product. As for me, I just use it for my coffee/tea or even add to your food etc., if you have a sweet tooth. Be creative and you will be able to use it more than what I mentioned above for sure like for baking sweet(s) %26 add to your healthy snacks etc. You get what I am trying to say, right? I hope so. 8) Stock them up because once they are gone, you never know when they will be restocking them again. I love baking. I love trying out all the new fun things we see on tv shows. This isomalt was pretty easy to use. I followed the directions and it went really well. I did have some bubbles but I don't think I waited long enough after it got to temp. The only issue I had was that it was very slow and uneven when melting at the beginning-I'm not sure if that is because of the product or because my medium heat/stove setting. For at home use I would buy again. For professional use I may upgrade.

Difficult to dissolve but must be done before you use it in a recipe. Not particularly sweet, stevia is much sweeter. Harder to digest means it can cause gas. Not nearly the amount of gas as stevia though. Fantastic for not raising blood sugar! If you like crunchy sweets just sprinkle this stuff over the top. For smoothies use an electric blender.
