tastes like a sports drink. not gritty at all. is actually clear after mixed. container is smaller than most protein powders, but a small price to pay for protein that doesnt have the taste or texture of a milkshake in my opinion. i cant stand shakes so this is perfect for me.
I mixed it with water and I used one of those hand mixers to make sure there weren’t any lumps. The taste is a little sour, but I’m not mad about it. This is the first time I’ve tried something like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. If they had more flavors, I’d buy more. We’ll definitely buy again.
For anyone saying the taste is gross or it didn’t dissolve, you’re not doing it correctly. This stuff has been a game changer for me to be able to get in added protein without tasting those chalky protein drinks. The trick is to mix it up and LET IT SIT. I mix it up in my shaker as soon as I get up with some ice, and put it in the fridge. I shake it up again right before I drink it and it’s nearly all dissolved by then. Obviously not ideal for some people, but if you have the time it’s definitely worth it.
I’m fighting an autoimmune disorder and the chemo has depleted the necessary protein I need as a 60 year old woman to try to maintain my muscle mass. I’m fortunate to have a daughter who’s a food chemist now, previously a master chef. She actually introduced me to Isopure brand after completing an internship related to the brand. It’s easy to prepare, flavors are good, especially combining it with other juices. I’m so pleased!
So far, I’m loving this product. I’m almost done with my first batch and I’m getting ready to buy my second one. I like that it’s different from the typical chocolate powder proteins because throughout the day I don’t really want chocolate. I’m on a GLP-1 so getting protein is so important and this makes it so much easier for me. I make it in the morning and take it to work and leave it in The refrigerator until I’m ready for it.
Live this product. Much better tasting than the other flavors. Must leave in water over night to not have chunks. Other then that I will be buying many times over
Finally, a protein mix that people WANT to drink. This is perfect for summer. Absolutely NO grit, no thick texture, no bull. My two complaints are that there is not an included scoop, so I hope you have a kitchen scale to measure out 25g and that there are very few servings for the price. If you have protein goals and you have the scratch, stock up on this delightful powder!
If you're looking for a refreshing twist on traditional protein shakes, this clear fruit-flavored whey protein powder is a fantastic option. The flavor is impressively light and fruity—almost like drinking flavored water rather than a heavy, milky shake. It’s perfect for those who want a protein boost without the creamy texture or taste that many powders have. One of the standout features is how enjoyable it is to drink post-workout or even throughout the day. It’s hydrating, crisp, and doesn’t leave that chalky aftertaste some protein powders do. That said, there is a minor downside: even when using a shaker bottle, some clumps tend to remain. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be a little annoying if you’re in a rush. The good news is that if you mix it ahead of time and let it sit for an hour or two, it fully dissolves and becomes perfectly smooth—almost indistinguishable from flavored water. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone wanting a lighter, fruitier protein option. Just plan ahead a bit for the best texture.
It’s solid. Tastes fine, mixes easy, doesn’t mess my stomach up. I actually finish it, which says a lot. Only issue is the price… feels like I’m paying extra just to feel healthy. I’ll still buy it, just not happily.
I paid $34.99 for this protein powder and when I opened it, the container was less than half full. That's honestly ridiculous. I understand that containers aren't filled to the very top, but this wasn't even close to half, it felt like a complete rip-off. To make it worse, I ordered it through Walmart delivery, so I had no way to check the product beforehand. If I'm spending over $30 on something, I expect a reasonable amount of product, not something that looks half empty right out of the box. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the price.
