For years I resisted taking supplements as I felt they were a waste of time and money, and not a replacement for eating well. I used to take this stuff, along with the OPC-3, 20 years ago. I stopped when finances got tight. I seeked out this product it is so good. My finger nails grow very quickly when taking it! That's how I know it works. If the web site was not so dang slow all the time, it would be a pleasure to buy. And if you could opt-out of emails would be another plus.

I like this product so much that I sent a 3 month supply to a dear friend who has difficulty taking those elephant pill vitamins that are commonly sold. Hi there! I just love your products and have been using them for sometime now. I am a personal fitness trainer and nutritionist. I noticed in some of your multivitamin products as well as B complex where you use B – 12, they contain the good quality methylcobalamin, and other such as this one you use the cheapest grade cyanocobalamin. (There's also hydro-). For example your B complex contains the good quality methylcobalamin, but this multi- has the poor grade of B-12. (And daily essentials has both methyl- and cyno.) Why the inconsistency? It won't stop me from using your products though! And I like how they get into the bloodstream immediately when taken on an empty stomach in proper proportions. Thank you!

Doesn't seem to de solve completely in water. Using the cal as the measures leaves a bit in the cap and then transfers to the rim of the bottle. With the opt-3 bottle and lid became sticky and a real mess. I had to clean the lid and rim off frequently toward the end of the bottle. Would like a separate measuring "spoon". Just started using the multi vitamin and not sure how well it works yet

I've been using this product for a few years and been happy with it. However, that being said, the last 6 months, their communications and shipping have proven to be a problem! The last order I ordered was October 3, and the information showed it should arrive by October 7th. I've not seen anything. I've emailed 2 or 3 times and just now called. No returns on the emails or the phone call! Honestly, I don't know what has happened to these folks but they have become very inconsistent!!! I just cancelled my auto ship and if they can't locate my last order, I want my money back!!!
