First time ISO tune user. Over all I think they are just ok. I have tried all of the different plugs that cam with them. Foam and silicon S,M& L..... I do not find them very comfortable. Should have just gone with the ear muffs. Oh well, You live and learn.
I was blown away at how good these headphones work on a job site and they will be on me now everyday. I truly can't hear anyone or anything when they are in and music is playing and if I want to be able to hear my surroundings I just turn the music off. Exceptional product.
I bought and returned the Free Aware headphones after my original Free died after a couple years of use. I was looking to make a sizable upgrade to improve my awareness during daily work at a metal fab shop. I really wanted to like them but instead could list many things I disliked. I'll limit my comments to say that the "aware" technology just doesn't seem to be there yet. It amplified to an annoying level the crackling sound of my welder and the fan above my head, but I still couldn't pick up voices as well as necessary. Not worth the price in my opinion. Plus, they are bulky and the buttons don't work with my welding gloves. The Free 2.0, on the other hand, (while still somewhat pricey) seems to be a good option. I still wish my originals lasted longer, and I'm hoping these ones will. I like the compact size, the hearing protection they provide, and the actual buttons rather than sensor type buttons make them much easier to use, especially with thick gloves (or my shoulder). All the features I need with none I don't. This is the fourth or fifth set of Bluetooth headphones I've owned and my favorite so far.
I knew these wouldn't be studio-grade, but they are a massive letdown. I am unfortunately forced by my company to use these. There is zero bass response even with a boosted EQ applied, and the highs are painfully sharp even when dialed back. Music honestly sounds terrible through these drivers.
They are fantastic for working in an environment that has medium to low noise levels.Use the foam tips for best result. I tried them on my zero turn (27hp) and found that I had to turn the volume to full in order to hear it - this is unwise! You cannot safely listen to music sitting on an aircraft carrier deck!! Be smarter.
The quality of sound from my phone and reduction of outside noise are great. The earpieces fit well but one fell out while mowing the lawn. I found it right away butI will check for a better fit. The only negative is the included user manual which has the smallest text size I've ever seen. The quick Start Guide is much better to actually read. Perhaps the user manual should be left out so purchasers go to the website right away for an in depth review of the Free 2.0 works
I tried these out because they were advertised a lot on facebook. The sound protection seems extremely good like you would have from a normal ear plug. But i talk on the phone almost all day with my job and unfortunately the call quality for my clients and call recipients was terrible compared to the ear pods i have been using of another brand. So for that reason I have sent them back for refund.
THESE ARE GREAT EARPLUGS. I HAVE A FEW THINGS I THINK COULD HELP. 1 I WISH WHEN I AM WEARING THEM MY PHONE WOULD TELL ME HOW MUCH BATTERY I HAVE. 2 I PURCHASED THE LANYARD FOR MY PLUGS AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THEM OFF AFTER EACH USE. IT NEEDS A CHARGER CASE THAT WILL INCORPORATE THE LANYARD. 3 MY LEFT EAR SEEMS TO WORK OUT ON ME AFTER HOURS OF USE I NEED TO FIND THE BEST SIZE FOR MY EAR. YOU CANT HELP ME WITH THIS JUST THOUGHT I WOULD ADD IT IN CASE SOMEONE HAS A SUGGESTION. ALL TOGETHER I REALLY LOVE THESE. THEY BLOCK THE NOISE VERY WELL AND I CAN ENJOY MY MUSIC WHILE WORKING ON MY TRACTOR AND NEVER MISS A PHONE CALL. GIVE THEM A TRY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I really wanted to like these, but they just aren't working for me. Cons: -They fall out easily -not comfortable to wear under a beanie -sound quality isn't very good -can be temperamental with charging -don't reduce the ambient noise enough -controls are easily pushed so I'm constantly turning my music off Pros: not really sure
These work amazing. They sound great and are easy to charge and keep up with. My wife liked them so much she made me buy her a set, as well. We'll be isotunes customers for life if this is the standard they set. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
