I bought this for a specific recipe and it worked well in the recipe It was for something called Jamaican Jerk chicken and it came out fabulous. And I only had to use like I think it was maybe a tablespoon or two? And so I have a lot of the bottle left over for when I need this kind of seasoning.

Nice that you don't have to buy all the individual spices for something we will only make every now and then.

I ran out and had a strong craving for some delicious jerk ribs. I've experimented with various brands, but Helen's is the only one that truly captures that authentic Island flavor. My only wish is that they offered the dipping sauce in smaller quantities than a gallon. Unfortunately, none of the grocery stores, Caribbean markets, or farmers' markets seem to stock the smaller jars anymore.

This seasoning is my absolute favorite for all-around use. It's not limited to just meats; I also use it to roast cauliflower, potatoes, and even Brussels sprouts. It works wonders for air-fryer chicken wings, and I won't even get started on how incredible it is for ribs. While I'm a fan of Cajun seasoning too, I often find myself reaching for this jerk seasoning as my go-to because it always makes everything taste so amazing. What more can I say but... enjoy! Here's a tip: for an extra depth of flavor, season any thawed meat the night before you plan to cook, and if you're a true jerk seasoning enthusiast, don't hold back on the seasoning.

I was eager to try this product and write a review, but unfortunately, the item arrived today in a package. The plastic exterior lid was loose, and the foil safety seal was already open.

i never thought to look at lemon pepper seasoning to see if it had sugar in it since it's NOT meant to be sweet. i put this on some baked salmon but had to throw the entire filet out as the first bite was so so grossly sweet. i looked at the new seasoning i bought and sugar is the first listed ingredient, meaning it is the ingredient in the highest quantity. i cannot really describe how truly disgusting this tastes. avoid at all costs
