I initially purchased it for the "curry" aspect, but I found that it doesn't have a strong curry flavor – instead, it offers a delightful red pepper taste. Being from Louisiana, I typically use cayenne as my primary red pepper, but I've found myself consistently reaching for the Tc pepper. It may not be as spicy as cayenne, but it certainly delivers all the rich flavor.
