Ordered replacement filters - experience of changing them was good. Using this filter systems from last 4+ years now. Good water taste and healthy for kids so far. Saves lot of plastic bottles and efforts to bring/recycle them.

Very fast delivery and easy to install. You need to run the cycles about 3 times before drinking the water again.

The item arrived on time, and the packaging was good. My previous one stopped working after 7 months, and I was shocked to find the filter covered in rust and debris, which proves it's doing its job. Definitely recommend!

I love the filter. My sink has a faucet for spaghetti water and such. We connected it to the refrigerator and now I have the best tasting ice water I have ever had. Not to mention the health benefits of the alkaline filter. I would recommend this to everyone that cares what they are putting in their body.

This 1 year set of replacement filters are easy to install for the DIY homeowner. There were some engineering upgrades in the latest set of filters I ordered. I called customer service at iSpring and their staff talked me through the modifications - a great experience.

Not the best price, some after market are just as good for less cost. If you have a TDS meter, you will not get zero TDS, so zero water is better filter when it comes to lower number of TDS. I think i-spring filters' quality has gotten worse over the years. My first RO made by i-spring, I used to get zero TDS but not anymore.
