Install was pretty easy after getting an outlet under the sink. Water tastes great. I've been using it for 10 months now. Only had one small problem with the leak detection valve. Francis at iSpring customer service was great. Helped me identify the problem and sent me a replacement valve right away. I also ran a line to supply the refrigerator. Now the water and ice tastes great there too.

Your support tech Sean was provided excellent support and helped me resolve the issues I had with filter compatibility on my 7 stage RO system. I am blown away at the quality of this system after installing it in Dallas, Texas with our hard water here in the city. Excellent filter and it DOES make the coffee taste as good as possible!

Took me less than an hour for setup.

I purchased this unit in 2019 to filter captured rain water at our off-grid cabin so that we would have drinkable water without the expense of digging a well. It took about an hour to install with basic tools. After setup, I had our water tested and was cleaner than the municipal water in our area. I can tell no difference in taste of this water and the most expensive bottled water money can buy. I follow the manufacturer’s recommended filters and UV lamp replacement guide because water quality and safety is one of our top concerns. In early 2022, we noticed that the system was running pretty much all the time and using massive amounts of the untreated water so I contacted iSpring and found that the culprit was the “feed water solenoid valve”. This is an electrical valve that shuts off incoming water when the pressure in the system reaches a certain level. iSpring sent me 2 of these valves free of charge even though I could’ve just purchased them myself for about $20 each. Being that my system was out of warranty, the level of customer service I received was unbelievable. Around late 2022 to early 2023, we noticed that the drinking water faucet was dripping a bit. Not a lot of water but maybe 1 or 2 drips into our sink about every 2 minutes. Ring that the system is now 4 years old, I figured some seal or o-ring was failing inside the faucet. I emailed iSpring and asked for replacement seals and o-rings for the faucet and maybe a parts diagram or procedures for replacing the seals. I would’ve happily paid for the parts as I assumed they wouldn’t be that expensive and again, my system is out of warranty. John with iSpring emailed me back and said he’d like to send me a replacement faucet. I was flabbergasted as again, this was unexpected! In summary, if you’re looking for an RO water system and you want to be assured that you’re buying the best one, THIS is what you’re looking for. Unmatched customer service after the sale and water quality that is second to none. Wouldn’t it be great if all companies stood behind their products like iSpring does?

Great filtration system that I installed before the pandemic. It is still working great. Only needed to periodically change the filters.

I first wanted to get a tankless ro sytem but none of them has built-in UV light. So, I finally settled on this. Yes, it was more complicated to install but I like how all the tubes are exposed and I can fix it easily if something goes wrong with it. Overall, a solid 7 stage filter system and the water is good.

I purchased this system just a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier. I did extensive research on under counter RO systems and I found that the iSpring system did one thing the others did not. It was the ratio of purified water to wastewater! Water is a precious resource and the idea of sending 3 gallons down my drain to produce 1 gallon RO water made no sense to me and I wouldn't do it. However, I could live with 1:1. T One other thing. The unit is fairly large, so I installed it in my basement, then added an extra storage tank under the sink to boost the faucet flow which also added a boost to the water supply to my fridge. So all in all this is a spectacular system and I highly recommend it!
