great price gets water from 250 tds to 9. takes the clorine taste away .everything went together color coded no leaks .You can order the tubing anywhere .I didn't use it under sink I connected it to my fridge .If I want the minerals back it I could add with little trouble .Water tastes like rain so I am happy

I bought this 5 stage unit last month. I replaced a 5 stage unit that I had for about 10 years that was from another vender. Sean assisted with the installation and was very helpful with any problems. The extra fittings, tubes and valves included in the kit enabled me to install the unit with no trips to the parts store. I cannot say enough good about Sean's assistance with you product installation or the quality of your product.

The RCC7 is an awesome home RO system. I am going on my eighth year with it and will buy it again if I ever need a replacement. The product is high quality, the instructions are clear and most of all, the service is unparalleled. I have dealt with Sean multiple times and will continue to ask for him by name. He is helpful, listens carefully and keeps his word. He promised to send me two parts, and three days later they were at my doorstep. With iSpring you are not just getting a quality product and support for the warranty period. You get lifetime help and people like Sean who care and go the extra mile to take care of you. I cannot recommend and commend iSpring products and personnel enough.

The absolute best purchase ever. We've had our system for seven years, and it performs wonderfully. When I've called in for help, I always seem to get Sean, who is like an old friend who knows exactly what I need and take care of it super quick.

This seems like a very good quality system, It took me a couple of hours to install, not too hard. Like most other reviews I read that suggested to watch the video, WATCH THE VIDEO! I promise it will make it easier to install unless you can decipher easily instructions that include many other models.

I bought the RCC7 to replace an older Microline RO. The installation was easy with the detailed instructions. After a few weeks use, no leaks and our water tastes great. Sean was helpfull to help us sign up for the free 3 year extended warranty. thank you Sean.

Ive used this company before, really nice product for what you pay, installing is a pain because they give you more items that you need so you have to rummage through it all as you read the instructions. The instructions were mostly clear but there was a pagebreak where the RO filter is installed into the housing where it says to push the filter all the way in, which from the two pictures next to those instructions shows it sticking out but only slightly, so it wasnt obvious unless you carefully read what they meant, and it doesnt want to push in all the way so you think its where it should be, but if you try to screw on the cap it wont go, it will bind, and i damaged the inside of the cap because the rubber piece sticking out of the filter was pushing against a feature inside the cap. So what you should do (and they should show a closeup photo of what it should look like instead of two tiny photos of the filter in the wrong position), is force the filter all the way in, which takes a bit of effort because of the rubber gasket opposite. Taking two stars off because of the headache their poor instructions caused.

I did not receive this order. That's too bad.

Worse experience, ever!!! I specifically told Angi services, not to send out a trainee or someone who is not a professional who does not know how to put in my particular system but they sent a person anyway that didn't know what he was doing. I paid $198.99 for this system and $124 for installment! This is my very first experience buying a water filter system and I cannot express to you how unhappy I am! The unit did not work right. It's not supposed to be noisy and this was terribly noisy and not only that, when it went to fill the tank back up underneath the sink after I had only filled one bottle of water, the water would not stop running far over an hour so I turned the unit off and the repairman said he would come out to fix it but now I can't get hold of him and he had given me his personal number and I tried four times today to get hold of him and with no response and I know I got the right number because I texted him before. I paid $198.99 for this system and $124 for installment and this is what I got nothing but trouble, frustration, and upset! I called Walmart and the installation services numerous times for the last 2 days and no one would help me at the installation Department. They just told me the only thing they could do for me at Walmart was to send FedEx out to pick up the package but I told them that doesn't help me at all because I cannot get on my knees and uninstall it at my age! Yet they said they were sorry that's all they could do. What a horrible way to treat people. I cannot disassemble it! I have not had such terrible service in my life and now for three days I've had no water! All I can say is they better send somebody out here *at no cost to me*, to uninstall this thing and hook it back up the way it was, before they messed everything up! And I BETTER get a refund including installation fees!
