Ive used this company before, really nice product for what you pay, installing is a pain because they give you more items that you need so you have to rummage through it all as you read the instructions. The instructions were mostly clear but there was a pagebreak where the RO filter is installed into the housing where it says to push the filter all the way in, which from the two pictures next to those instructions shows it sticking out but only slightly, so it wasnt obvious unless you carefully read what they meant, and it doesnt want to push in all the way so you think its where it should be, but if you try to screw on the cap it wont go, it will bind, and i damaged the inside of the cap because the rubber piece sticking out of the filter was pushing against a feature inside the cap. So what you should do (and they should show a closeup photo of what it should look like instead of two tiny photos of the filter in the wrong position), is force the filter all the way in, which takes a bit of effort because of the rubber gasket opposite.
Taking two stars off because of the headache their poor instructions caused.
