So glad we have the RO drinking system. Our very hard water tastes so much better and we feel so good about the quality of our drinking water from a well in Iowa. Nick was prompt to respond to my question about the warranty. Looking forward to years for clear, clean, refreshing water.

The tubes for each filter are color coded so all I had to do was follow the pictures in a simplified installation sheet. The system so far it working smooth and beautifully (over a month usage) however, be sure you have enough room to house the filters and tank.

Took me some time to install the system as we didn't have a hole in the countertop. The rest of the installation was easy, though. Just followed the instructions in the installation video and one with little plumbing experience can do it. TIP: Once you locate where you want the faucet mounted, get a thin piece of wood (such as a shim) and drill a 1/2" hole in it. Installation was like plug & play.

RCC100p has only been in for a week but is working great. I had zero problem installing and what has to be close to a miracle...not one leak. I have had RO systems since 1993. the water in las vegas was very hard. I had a custom system in LV with a pressure pump. I forgot how good they are. I now have a larger than normal tank. It hold apprx 3.5 gals. It filled it in less than an hour. My old system was from that company that sounds like a light bulb rating. It was in use for 15 years but not problem free. I had about 5 repairs over the years. This system replaced that one. My system has a under the counter ice maker so it uses a lot of water. My tap water in upstate South Carolina is very good but things can still get into the pipes. Tap water is 40 PPM. RO water is now 2 PPM , the lowest it has ever been. MY 2 cents......If you can afford it...get the system with the pressure pump you should have all the water you need. So far very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic system! A must-have for every household! We've had ours for two years now and I can't imagine life without it. Was pretty easy to install after reading the instructions and watching a couple videos online. Changing the filters is also pretty simple. If you'd like to be free from drinking chemical saturated tap water you need a system like this.

My wife and I drink a lot of water, so we want to make sure that we are drinking clean water. Got this system and hired a handyman to do the installation for us. Took him an hour to get the work done. After flushing the tanks for several times, we got the clean, tasty water we wanted. Thanks to iSpring for a great filter system product!

We've been using the RCC7P system since 2018, and due to some misunderstandings, we only just now did our first system maintenance and filter replacement in early 2023. Although we're well past the filter replacement schedule, this system has been performing great the whole time through; we use it for watering plants and other sensitive needs that require pure water (crucial when you live on a well with high iron levels in the local water table). The only issue we had with replacing the filters was the fifth-stage post-carbon filter, where the older one we had had a sealed-on screw-in fitting. Michele & co. helped me sort out what I needed, especially after a mishap with ordering the wrong size fitting, and after getting that in quickly, the new filters work great and the whole system works as fine as it ever has. Now that we have new sets of filters ready to go and a better understanding of how to maintain it, I look forward to many more years of great water!

Gem of a water purifier! 5 stars. Background: Another local vendor has come in to my house and fairly brainwashed me for his 3 stage water filter system which costs $2000, and filter replacement cost of $100/year. I was just about to sign it, but I am glad I decided not to go that route and I reserched on Amazon and found this iSpring RO system. It's been 3 months and absolutely no complaints, super silent, and generating 75GPD bottle quality water with PPM of 10 constantly. 3 year OEM replacement filters set will cost $99 in amazon. Installation is not rocket science and I did it by myself with youtube videos in less than 2 hours. I will recommend this to anybody who is looking for a RO water filter system. Customer care has also been remarkable. Thanks to iSpring team.
