This was installed to prolong the life of the second cartridge filter I had installed earlier, this seems to do what I need. This will save on cartridge filter purchases in the future.
I installed a 100 and a 50 micron filter to me well system ahead of my black sand filter to catch iron particles to help prolong the life of the black sand filter and they work great and so easy to clean out.
Had this professionally installed, fixed my well water problem, captures grit before it gets into my plumbing fixtures, easy to change filter. I use it as a pre filter to my secondary filter.
Perfect for filtering sediment from well water
love it ,thanks you very much
Easy to hook up and works well
Plugged up in the first 10 mins of use, filter not cleanable so it was instantly junk without ordering replacement filter. Junk
Quality unit. Though convenient the input and out put of the unit are restricted to 3/4". If you you truly need 1" flow through this would not work.
