My husband and I first got it out of the library. We love this movie so much, we're addicted to it! So this was a no-brainer for part of his Christmas gifts!

Scary and lives up to the hype!
This version of Stephen King's novel divides the book into two sections. This movie focus is on the kids and trust me, it is not for kids! The kids in here are terrific in their roles and Pennywise is terrifying. Will keep you on edge until the end! Can't wait for part 2!

Phenomenal film
This is my favorite film of 2017! I was worried that it wouldn't be good, but I was wrong. The cast was phenomenal and the atmosphere was great. Pennywise was even more creepy than I expected. His childish demeanor was much more terrifying than the 1990's Pennywise. It's a must watch if you're a horror fan.

This was a gift for my Grandchild's birthday that she requested. She loved it. She is into Stephen King's books and has seen the older version of IT, but now wanted the new. With being able to pick this up at the store near me after ordering it made it a most inexpensive gift to give. Thank you Walmart.

SCRATCHED BEGORE BUYING
My favorite movie that I bought for my boyfriend as a gift. And never opened until we watched today ): thanks a lot Walmart for yet another waste of money and ruined night

Find something better to do for 2 hours...
Watched about 1 hour of the movie. Thinking about filing a lawsuit against King. I'd love to have that hour back, but maybe the settlement from King will help to compensate for the lost time. First scene was the best in the whole movie. Sorry it took me an hour to realize it was never going to live up to the first 7 minutes. The story is not creepy, plausible, coherent, cohesive or compelling (couldn't use all adjectives that start with C). The characters were fair. Acting was decent (being generous). A bit cartoon-like at times. Comedy... Not really. Horror... It tried. Don't waste time or money on this flick.
