Makeup Cleansing Balm
It Cosmetics sent me a sample of their new Bye Bye Makeup I was so excited to try this I have alot of it Cosmetics products. The Bye Bye Makeup is a 3 in 1 it's a hydrating cleanser, purifying makeup remover, and an anti-Aging skin softening serum. I normally use just a cleanser and a moisturizer afterwards so when I tried Bye Bye Makeup my skin felt amazing it was soft and it was hydrated and my makeup came off completely i was suprised at how good it worked I'm gonna have to get more

The Best Ever!!
A bit pricey, but so worth it. Very pleasant scent. Truly removes all makeup. Revitalizes skin. Have tried many cleansers, all price ranges, but this is truly the best.

Best face product
I love this product. First bought it off QVC several years ago and use it daily. Nice on the skin. Does not dry out skin. Best product.

An excellent product added to a very good product.
My wife is trying this out this product and she likes it so far. It's very gentle around her eyes and removes her mascara easily.

Nope
The cleansing balm is fake. Sorry, I use the authentic one and I could tell yours are fake. Everything is difference. The texture, scent or packaging. The box of the packaging was opened. The lids looks like a poor quality plastic. I have to return and get my refund. Waste my time!

Not like IT melting balm
I have used IT cosmetics melting balm for years now. This was nothing like I have used before (first time buying from Walmart). This was like putting Vaseline on my face. I had a hard time getting it off.

Does not melt
This melting cleansing balm did not melt at all - is like putting Vaseline on your face and the only way to get it off is to use soap. Not anything like the IT cleansing balm I was buying from IT company. Not the same at all

Very disappointing
I had to return the cleansing balm. It arrived with oil sitting on top…consistency nothing like I've purchased from It Cosmetics and Ulta.
