Great product

First time purchasing, but I've been using this hair product brand for years, provided to me as gifts. All their hair 12-in-1 products are the best (hair spray, leave in treatment, shampoo) IT 12-in-1 serum is awesome. I put it on my finger tips and dab my dry (not wet) hair ends to take any frizz away, leaving smooth shiny hair. Also put a little on my face, neck, and back of hands as added moisturizer. All my friends love it too.

I really like the product, the serum. That , I give it a 5 star. However, the bottle it comes, I give it a 1. I bought my 3rd bottle and all of them do not close well enough for it not to leak. So everytime I travel, I would lose like a quarter of the serum due to leakage. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? The cap just does not close right. I've asked at least 7 other people to close it tightly for me but it just never does. This trip I lost almost half of the serum. I'm so bummed. I don't think I'll buy this again unless they do something about this issue of mine. If you know a trick, please please do share. Thank you in advance. Merry Christmas!
