iTech Fusion 3 Unisex Adult Rectangular Smart Watch, Black, Silicone Strap

The watch is very nice. It was a little bit more than what I expected. I'm learning it on my own. I'm really not good with technology stuff but so far it's OK. Very life could be better, but I'm satisfied and I would tell a friend if they think it was what they would want I told him give it a try. It's worth the risk what I think of the watch.

I have one of these watches myself, just in a different color. So I got one for my mom. She wanted a watch she don't have to worry about setting and changing the battery. She can charge it when the battery is low, keep track of her steps, check her heart rate... and so much more.

My wife's Apple watch started losing charge after the last update, found this replacement at one tenth of the cost and the charge lasts for 5 days. We replaced the band because it tucks into itself, but we got 5 new bands for $10. Great value and quality.

this watch will change the face settings on it's own, and I constantly have to make sure it attached to the app on my phone. Otherwise it'll go back to January 1st. The phone app doesn't keep track of my steps, and calories. My old Itech 2 was 100% better than this one. But the band broke and I couldn't find another one.

This watch is useable but not great. The touch screen is not reliable as some spots on the bottom of the screen have to be touched several times to take. The interface is not flexible to my knowledge so if you use a countdown a lot you cannot move it to a favorites space for easy access. The battery life is not as long as they say so I’m trying some changes to the settings. Bluetooth watches lose connection but this seems to do it more. When compared to other name brand smart watches, this is an amazing value. I just wish it was a little better.

this is the only sports watch that I have to "forget this device" at least twice daily in order for the stats to transfer from watch to iPhone! The last sync option never works for steps, sometime works for BP, rarely works for sleep or workouts. What a pain to have to "forget" every day!!!!!!!!!!!!

i hate leaving bad reviews but it's a waste of everything! time, money, and patience! absolute junk, with no support except the automatic reply from customer service saying we will get back at you. you will get mad, triple read book, Google why this won't work, . if you buy you will return it, so just didn't buy it and save the aggravation......

I ordered the watch a while back. It was on delay. Didn't hear any more from them so I cancelled the order. The last time I ordered a bathrobe, months ago, it was on delay and I never got it. Just disappeared of my order with no refund. i

Ive had itech wearables for years. Love them. But the infusion 3 is something to be desired. And trying to contact anyone for IT Support is next to impossible. I cant connect bluetooth to pair the watch and my phone, so im not getting calls, notifications and being able to count steps or any of the reasons I updated to this new watch. IM sending it back!

I purchased this on 11/13/25; shipping was fast. At first, it was easy to set up and pair up with the iTech app, and it worked fine for the first 3 weeks I had it. Then it went downhill from there. The watch and app would constantly unpair and/or disconnect from each other; the watch's data wouldn't sync up with the app at all or would show different data points between the 2, like fewer steps counted than what the watch was showing, calories burned, and the sleep schedule would not work at all. The description states the battery life is 7 days before it needs to be recharged. Yes, it does last that long on a full charge, BUT only if you keep all the notification settings turned off; otherwise, the battery life is about 2 days. Now for the bad: the watch is supposed to be waterproof (one of the workout modes is swimming); however, it is not. My co-worker and I were caught in a heavy downpour 4 days ago; we got soaked, and the watch completely stopped functioning, as in, the screen went blank. When I pressed the power button on the side, the backlight came on, but the only thing appearing on the screen was squiggly lines, nothing else. The watch is a nice idea if it were fully waterproof and could actually do everything the manufacturer stated it could. I'll be tossing it in the trash where it belongs and looking elsewhere for something better.
